I feel like this will be 1 of those films that is decent, but overrated by the masses, so I'll enjoy, but end up gradually disliking it over time :leaveplease:

I definitely think the hype made by the marketing campaign, the reception and the fact that it's Star Wars will have people refusing to conform. It's all human nature.

I feel that way about Fight Club.

I speak to the mentality surrounding it.

It's so in-your-face and the reception has been almost universal acclaim. As a result, subconsciously, one decides that they don't like it whether they've seen it or not.
