An insane general triggers a path to nuclear holocaust that a war room full of politicians and generals frantically try to stop.

When you walk into the room. You pull me close and we start to move
And we're spinning with the stars above. And you lift me up in a wave of love
Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth? Ooh heaven is a place on earth
They say in heaven love comes first. We'll make heaven a place on earth

Beautiful film. One of Kubrick's best with a role for the amazing George C. Scott. That opening montage... The one liners one could extrapolate from this movie... Strongly recommend this one. It's great.

This blew my mind the first time I saw it, such an amazing film. Scott has never been better, he fit this role perfectly.
This doesn't have to be a day of sadness.
