Matthew Kilburn walked inside the reception tent, camcorder still in hand and smiled, zooming in on everyone who resided near the area. He laughed and played with the controls and found that you could change the tinting of the colors around the screen and everything. No wonder Christine has so much fun playing with this muggle stuff. He laughed and zoomed in on the cake that stood in the table, that made his stomach grumble.

"Hold your horses, bub....it's for later."

He laughed and then went over to his son, who was looking quite defeated infront of Louis and Chrissy. He patted Louis on the back, making the blonde boy turn around.

"Smile for the camera, Lou. All of the Kilburn and Avallone family's gonna see this video to see how we're doing. Aunt Flo and Uncle Bernie, this is your niece's boyfriend, Louis Weasley..."

He narrated and watched to see the expression on their faces.

Riley flinched as he felt somebodys arm wrap around his waist, but he immediately relaxed after realizing who it was. Instinctively, he slipped his slender hand into her other hand, and placed a kiss on her cheek moments before Fleur kissed him and Lucy as a greeting. ''Lucy, you look beautiful.. seriously.'' he spoke softly, he wasn't embarresed to admitt it infront of her aunt. Anyway, it was only Fleur. I'm sure she was glad to know that he was infatuated with her niece.

''Can you excuse us?'' he spoke, returning his gaze back to Fleur, with a handsome smile slipping onto his lips. Before allowing Fleur to responde, Riley wandered around the tent with Lucy. ''If you looked amazing today, just imagine how you'll look out our wedding,'' he joked casually. The seriousness of his remark only hit him a few seconds later, but he kept quiet, mentally bracing himself for a possible outburst from Lucy.

Lucy Weasley
8th Year Hufflepuff

Lucy found herself blushing slightly when Riley complimented her in front of her aunt. Riley really was the first boyfriend she had ever introduced to the family, and the fact that she even brought him to the wedding showed how serious things were getting. Still it was something new for Lucy, and she was still getting used to it. Before she knew what was happening though, Riley had directed her away from Fleur and was now walking with her around the tent.

She stopped in her tracks when she heard Riley's next comment though. It wasn't as though she hadn't ever thought about marrying Riley, she just hadn't expected him to say it. She couldn't tell if he was joking or not though. It had sounded as though he was making a small joke. Deciding that he hadn't been being completely serious, she thought the best course of action would be to give a small joke back and hope he hadn't been talking seriously. Lucy allowed a coy smile to come across her face, Well, you will have to be keeping your groomsmen away from me probably.

  • Teddy watched Jacksen leave with his little brother and felt a tug on his arm and heard Vici say to go grab a table and some food. He nodded and took her arm in his and guided her over to their table

"Eat whatever you want, my love," he said, "just make sure you don't make yourself sick, you can't dance when you're sick." He said teasingly, though he was hungry too. Once he'd thought he was hungry his plate instantly filled the food he'd wanted and he began to eat. He smiled to Victoire, Teddy hoped she would like the song he'd picked for their first dance.

Taking her seat she glanced down at her plate and it immediately filled with roasted chicken just the way she liked it with potatoes and all the sides. Taking a bite she smiled over to Teddy who was eating as well.

Don't worry hun. I'll be fine for dancing. After all this is our wedding day. I wouldn't dare get sick on a day like today.

She smiled thinking of the next couple of weeks. She had no idea where they were going. The house elves had packed her things. She had just been told to cover the shop for a while. She didn't know how long they were going to be gone or anything.

Walking into the reception tent Rose looked around. She gave a small wave to her aunt Fleur and to her cousin Lucy and to a few other people she knew. She walked over and gave Victoire and Teddy both hugs.

"Congratulations to you both."

She didnt want to disturb them since they were eating so she continued to make the rounds. She saw James and Fred and waved to both of them.

  • Fred made his way over to the reception area with James, the ceremony was awesome he was glad he could watch his cousin marry someone who was already like another cousin. He laughed at his favorite cousin's comment about children and couldn't agree more, James would die if he had a kid he was too much of a kid himself. Of course Fred couldn't boast any more maturity than his cousin, Fred didn't want any kids right then either.

"Couldn't agree more, James," he said.

He saw Rose go over and congratulate Teddy and Victoire and saw her wave to them. He waved back and walked over to where she was, he hadn't really talked to her much lately and wondered how she was doing.

"Hey Rose," he said, "how's the healer gig going? Fix any life threatening injuries yet?"

Hearing her cousin speak to her she turned to give him her full attention. He had asked her about the healing thing. She was almost embarrassed to respond.

Haha Fred. No I haven't I get to administer spells and medicine to cure the common cold and flu on a bunch of first years that are too stupid to wear sweaters outside when its cold. So enough about me. How is life treating you?

She smiled to let him know she wasnt bitter about her job.

  • Teddy smiled and ate his food, he knew she would be thinking about their honeymoon. He hadn't told her anything and forbid the house elves from mentioning it either as they packed her suit case. He grinned at the thought of her reaction when they got to the honeymoon spot. He was pretty sure she'd never been there before.

"So Wife," he said, "are you excited about the honeymoon?"

He looked out to the crowed of people gathered and saw Fred talking to Rose, Lucy flirting with her date, and lots of other people having a great time. Teddy was happy they were all enjoying themselves.

Victoire swallowed the food in her mouth and set her fork down. She was done eating. She wiped her mouth before sticking her tounge out at Teddy.

I'd be more excited if you would tell me where we are going. What are you gonna do. Blindfold me till we get there?

She gave him a pouty look hoping he would give in and tell her. She doubted he would but it was worth a shot. She glanced out at all their guests. They seemed to be having a good time and now that she had eaten Victoire was just waiting for Teddy to finish before they started dancing.

Fred winced as Rose described what she did at hogwarts, he wasn't a fan of first years they were still too much like kids for him to enjoy their company. He shook his head at the thought of having to do what Rose did. He was definitely glad it was Rose that decided to become the family healer, it suited her well. He waved a hand when she asked how he was doing.

"I'm doing alright," he said, "I've gotta watch the shop while the two love birds are off doing their thing for the next week. Nothing too exciting happening in my life right now. Kinda wish there was."

Rose couldnt help but laugh as Fred described what he was up to. She would rather administer flu medication than what he was doing. And he thought she was the lucky one. She hated to bust his bubble of happiness.

Yes well dear cousin, have fun cleaning up the shop after numerous first years blow everything up while trying out the new wands they just got. Just dont get in the way. Im not a full healer yet and I cant put you back together when some little kid takes an arm off of you trying to show off to his friends.

She smiled sweetly and patted his arm.

That is sweet of you to watch the shop though. Im sure it will be much appreciated.

"Honey! Stop embarrassing them!!"

Christine made her way over to the group by the table and had her handbag in one hand, and the gift for Victoire and Teddy in the other. She put it on the table and wondered where they would go. She looked fro side to side and figured that she would put it in its designated place when the time came.

"Oh, thank you so much Mr. Louis Weasley, you can hand Nicholas to me now."

She put her things on the top of the table and let her little boy get into her arms. She snugged him close and smiled, seeing her identical eyes blink innocently back at her. Nicholas was a handful, but sometimes he could be like a tiny angel from above.

"Why don't you guys get something to eat? I'll babysit for now, it's fine."

Fred rolled his eyes at Rose's description of the shop while Teddy and Victoire were gone. He'd forgotten it was summer time and that it was the busy season. Couldn't he just close down the store for the week while Teddy was gone? It was either that or force one of his cousins to help him, he wasn't about to deal with hundreds of children by himself that would be ludicrous. Fred stuck his tongue out at Rose.

"Yeah......sweet," he said, "speaking of sweet, it would be sweet of you to help me while they're gone, I mean what's family for right?"

She laughed when Fred suggested she go help him with the shop while the married couple was gone. She had known that was coming. She stuck her tounge back out at him and nodded. Of course thats what family was for.

Of course thats what family is for. Thats why I offered to help out with the wand shop while Vici is gone. So you see, im afraid you will be all alone with the kids. Same as I will be.

She wasn't really looking forward to helping out with the wand shop but someone had to do it. It was busy season with all the kids arriving for school. She didn't want to help the little ones pick out their first wands but she had already agreed. She was pretty much stuck now.
