"Taken"? Is that the Liam Neeson thriller that came out in the UK weeks ago and got an absolute roasting from the critics?

How odd it's only coming out in the US now.

Yeah, it came out months ago here, cos it's already out on DVD this week! Not sure why it opened here before the US. Seems to have done very, very well anyway!

looks like Renee Zelweger is toast, she promoted the hell out of New In Town and it opens at #8, lol. Oh well, never was a big fan.

I am surprised how poorly Revolutionary Road is doing. I knew Titanic II would never be the case but $16 million and not even in the top 10 is far below what I would've expected an onscreen reunion between Leo and Kate to do.

Renee Zellweger has never been a big box office draw. All her hit films have had her in a supporting role (Jerry Maguire; Me,Myself and Irene; Cold Mountain) or in a picture which already had an inbuilt audience (Bridget Jones; Chicago). I do quite like her though.

WTF happened to her face though? She used to be so much more attractive. She looks like a blowfish these days.

She's always had a face like raw bread dough. I think the fact that she's now forty is making the puffiness and slitty little eyes even slittier.
