WB can't be too pleased with Watchmen's total. $98 million in 3 weeks? Dark Knight, Iron Man, Spiderman, etc... grossed more than that in one weekend

It was *never* going to one of those kind of movies. Have you seen it? It's not your average superhero movie, not even *close*.

I'm actually surprised that it hasn't fared a LOT worse. It'll end up with about $105m in the US alone, which isn't spectacular, but is still a sizable hit. It's already make it's money back worldwide, so I don't think anyone will be too upset over its performance.
