Anyone read it?

Just finished at the weekend and loved it - a real page turner.

Plus the author is homo who doesn't shove it down people's throats in his novels.

I finished this book in two days last Christmas. Really well written, very good research. I don't know if this is the case in the orgininal English print, but in my translated edition the interpunction was dreadful. All the spoken lines were italic with no apostrophes, it bothered me for the first couple of chapters. After that you get used to it and what remains is a fantastic book. The ending didn't surprise me though, I figured it out some chapters before that.

How bizarre...

I've not read the book, but bizarrely I remember hearing his name when he worked on TV's Bad Girls (of all things!!)

Well most openly gay authors bang on with some homo angle in their stories. And while there is a small aspect to this story that's a bit gay, it is in context to the actual story.

Oh, and I kinda fancy him a little too.
