Next Friday (the 15th) this is going to air on NBC, not sure if it'll air overseas, it might. I have a feeling Farrah's not going to make it until then though knowing they've stopped treatment and it's just a matter of time. :scared:

It's going to be a documentary she's filmed of her last few months since her cancer came back, i expect to have some tissues. She was always my favorite Angel, and The Burning Bed, Extremities and Small Sacrifices all proved her skeptics wrong that she was just as good an actress as she was beautiful.

Oh it's so sad. Farrah was an icon for an oldie like me; I remember the Angels first time around :shy:

I don't know if I could watch this (I have a get out as I'm in the UK).

Oh I remember when that went out originally. Shocking stuff. And she is terrific in it.

Apparently she's now continuing her treatment and tales of her pending death are greatly exaggerated

It's sort of sick. I know these stories only appear because people want to read them and magazines will sell WHATEVER the public wants (Jade Goody - take a bow!) but for f*ck sake. If someone has cancer then let them have their treatment in peace.

They just showed some clips of this on the Today show this morning. VERY sad stuff. Ryan O'neal talking about his criminal son and how he got a temporary release from prison to see his mother. I'll be watching the special but the media keeps saying she's going to pretty much die in the next 10 minutes, but I don't think that's true at all. At least I hope it isn't. I remember I had posters of her all over the place when I was a little boy. I am sad for her.
