:lmao: They are such an awesome live band. It's a few years since I saw them last, but their light show and screens were fantastic. They don't just come on, walk up and down the stage and sing; they put on a proper show!

Seriously tempted for the September gig. Cannot stop listening to VLV since the gig!

Where is the September gig on? It's not the Phoenix Park is it? I *detest* outdoor gigs.

Yeah the Phoenix Park - not sure if i can hack it. The new O2 is the frickin' business, amazing view of the stage from everywhere and the thoughts of standing in a marquee in the park - not really thrilled at the prospect of it, but would love to see them again!

Yeah I'd definitely go to the O2, but a gigantic "no way" to standing in a park or field for hours!!

I am still on a major Coldplay buzz after seeing them a week ago. Fucking best gig of 2008. Chris Martin, all is forgiven.
Phew - just needed to say it and share it!
That sounds incredible!

I saw them once at earls Court and once at an old church in Hackney when they did a gig for 200 fans and MTV competition winners and it was incredible.

I need to see them again!

Yeah i saw them in a few years back and they were great then, but this time was off the scale. They did a couple of songs in the middle of the crowd including the drummer singing Fairytale of New York with 10,000 people singing along - it was fantastic!

I thought Coldplay were extremely dull and annoying until I was dragged to the Rush of Blood to the Head tour, and was a convert from that night on. They were absolutely fantastic - and not even the beastly "X and Y" changed my mind of that.

I hated Coldplay's first album. I kind of liked Trouble, but the rest left me cold.

It was a Rush Of Blood To The Head that sold me.

Likewise, i was never a fan of U2 until Achtung baby came out and ended up being by all time favourite album.

I, too, am very partial to Achtung Baby.

Last week's "Star Stories" about Bono was very amusing.

Wonderful song and hilariously cute video. Best one I've seen since Beyonka's "Single Ladies". Well done boys!
