Oh dear. Now she's trying to get Usher to tour with her! ![]() Britney Spears 'would love Usher tour' Britney Spears has revealed that she would love to tour with Usher. Talking to MTV News, the popstar confessed that she is looking forward to going on the road in support of her new album Femme Fatale and would love to share a stage with the 'O.M.G.' singer. "Oh, I'm so excited. I'm really excited about going on tour, very," she said. "I think Usher's really great right now. I think he's really hot right now. That would be cool [to tour with him]." The tour - which will kick off in California in June - was previously scheduled to include Enrique Iglesias. However, he has since pulled out of the arrangement. The Euphoria singer has since apologised to fans for the confusion. It was recently suggested that Spears is wanted for a Las Vegas performance residency worth over $100 million. Femme Fatale is currently sitting at number four in the UK midweek charts. |

You must be 2. He's been around for 20 years, and has had hit song after hit song, and hit album after hit album. Let it go, hon. Usher Terrence "Terry" Raymond IV (born October 14, 1978; pronounced /ˈʌʃər/), who performs under the mononym Usher, known as The King of R&B.[1] is an American recording artist, dancer, and actor. He rose to fame in the late 1990s with the release of his second album My Way, which spawned his first Billboard Hot 100 number-one hit, "Nice and Slow". His followup album 8701 (2001) produced the Billboard Hot 100 number-one hits "U Remind Me" and "U Got It Bad". Both albums sold over 8 million copies worldwide, establishing Usher as one of the biggest selling R&B artists of the 1990s.[2] Usher's success continued with his 2004 album Confessions, which has sold over ten million copies in the United States, and been certified diamond by the RIAA. Confessions has the highest first week sales for an R&B artist in history,[3] and sold over 20 million copies worldwide. It spawned a record breaking four consecutive Billboard Hot 100 number-one hits—"Yeah!", "Burn", "Confessions Part II", and "My Boo". Usher's 2008 album Here I Stand sold over 5 million copies worldwide,[4] and its lead single "Love In This Club" peaked at number-one on the Billboard Hot 100. On March 30, 2010, Usher released his sixth studio album Raymond v. Raymond, which became his third consecutive album to debut at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart.[5] It has been certified platinum by the RIAA[6] and spawned another Billboard Hot 100 number-one hit "OMG". The song became his ninth number one in the United States, making him the first 2010s artist to collect number one singles in three consecutive decades, and only the fourth artist of all-time to achieve the feat. He later released an extended play and deluxe edition of "Raymond v. Raymond", entitled Versus, which debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 chart. Its lead single "DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love", achieved international success and has reached number-five on the Billboard Hot 100. To date, Usher has certified sales of over 65 million records worldwide.[7][8] He has won numerous awards including seven Grammy Awards,[9] four World Music Awards, six American Music Awards, and nineteen Billboard Music Awards.[10] In 2008, Usher was ranked as the 21st most successful Hot 100 Singles Artist of all-time by Billboard magazine.[11] The RIAA ranks Usher as one of the best-selling artists in American music history, having sold over 23 million copies in the United States alone.[12] Billboard Magazine ranked Usher the number one Hot 100 artist of the 2000s decade.[13] They also named him the second most successful artist of the 2000s decade,[14] and his 2004 album Confessions was ranked as the top solo album and second most successful overall album of the last decade.[15] Usher has attained nine hot 100 number-one hits (all as a lead artist) and has attained sixteen hot 100 top-ten hits.[16][17] Aside from his musical career, he is regarded as a sex symbol. In 1998 People Magazine named him the sexiest R&B artist alive.[18] In 2010, Glamour Magazine named him one of the 50 sexiest men alive.[19] |

His first album was Confessions as far as I'm concerned, though. And his last. He is a lessor to Britney. |

8701 - #1 in the UK Confessions - #1 in the UK Here I Stand - #1 in the UK Raymond vs. Raymond - #2 in the UK So much for being a "local act". Britney has never had a #1 album in the UK ever. 1997 - 2010 singles... "You Make Me Wanna" = #1 UK "Pa Ya Collar" - #1 UK "U Remind Me" - #2 UK "U Got I Bad" - #5 UK "U Don't Have To Call" - #4 UK "Yeah" - #1 UK "Burn" - #1 UK "Confessions Part 2" - #5 UK "My Boo" - #5 UK "Caught Up" - #9 UK "Love In This Club" - #4 UK "OMG" - #1 UK "DJ Got US Fallin' In Love" - #7 UK Britney and Usher both have 5 UK #1 singles. Where does Shitney's album currently sit in the UK? Hmm, #4. Where did Usher's newest album debut in the UK last year? #2. I rest my case. |

He's had #1s in all markets. I just proved to you that he's not "local", and you still choose to shield yourself from reality. haha. Usher is bigger, and more respected than Britney. Fact. |
