Off-topic, but I want THIS Madonna back. There's more joy and goosebump factor in that one gif than in her whole career over the past few years. :sadalexz:

Well she doesn't have to worry about Rihanna at least, she's horrific onstage.

So she's on medication. It would explain everything to me actually: the lazy moves, no emotions
And btw I can't believe that a man could just lost possibility to dance if he had it once before. But it is for sure with some tranquilizers on the board

Oh it's definitely medication that's causing her to be "not quite there".

I just saw Rihanna's old show on tv, and surprisingly she's not that bad. She even sings live, sings well when sits, walk around beautifully, has a spark in her eyes.

Her mtv awards appiarances does nothing to her

Or else, yes. But I think about medication because she looks quite nice and healthy. It's hard to look nice if you take heroin, I guess.

Coke is possible, but she must have been on fire everywhere, look at Gaga :chuckle:

Still I'm no expert

I doubt she's doing "bad drugs" as she's being watched carefully and looked after from a physical standpoint. I'd say it's medication for her mental issues to be honest. It's possible that someday she'll be able to come off them and be...uh...normal again.

Britney Spears tour "not postponed"

Britney SpearsMusicBritney Spears's publicist has denied that the star's summer tour is to be postponed.

The 'Hold It Against Me' singer previously announced that she was to embark on a 26-date tour in the US this summer.

Reports this morning suggested that Spears had requested to postpone the tour due to "not having enough time to prepare".

Her publicist has now rubbished the claims, writing on Twitter: "The story in the Sun today isn't true - Britney's tour is NOT being postponed!"

The tour has encountered a number of issues since being announced last month, mainly due to the departure of Enrique Iglesias hours after the jaunt was confirmed on Good Morning America.

Bosses have been trying to find a replacement for Iglesias, with Nicki Minaj appearing as the frontrunner to join.

Yes, it's quite an achivement this days.

When I watch Britney onstage I always have this need to jump on the stage to help he stand still

Things Britney can still do well: walk, point, shake hips, whip hair. Things she can't do anymore: mime properly, dance with energy, perform with conviction.

It's actually rather disturbing that she can't even turn it on for a few seconds at a time for a video, isn't it? I mean I know the medication would impact on a full live performance, but the fact that she literally can't even dance with conviction and energy for even a few seconds at a time for a video shoot is very sad.

Well... I used tranquilizers back in the days, for a month or two. Your moves becomes much slower and your eyes look like you're a bit drunk, you can't roll them fast also. You don't care about things. You look good btw. I didn't sing so I don't know if it is possible to sing well

But it is really hard to dance for sure, you're delayed in every dimension

They say that bipolar medication is really strong and it makes one feel like they're constantly in a haze which you can see in her interviews too. She generally seems very low energy and slow to react. It was really apparent in that MTV documentary.

If she does have some mental health issues, she will never be able to come off of them. That being said, her fan base isn't even buying the medication theory anymore . They truly believe that she's either using, or is just being herself.:serge:

Medication for Bipolar disorder shouldn't make you feel like you're in a haze. If it does, you're not on the right one/combination. If she's truly having issues, I don't know how a doctor could sit by and say that she's well enough to do what she's doing. The fact that all the people who work around her have to sign contracts that make it clear that they cannot use illegal substances around her, should tell you something.

A doctor will say anything if the price is right.
