she's an ideal attraction for vegas audiences. i hope she becomes a permanent resident and never tours again.
Who the hell would pay good money to see her crap?
perhaps drunk people on their break from gambling?

if Smurfs can make millions in theatres, I can totally understand that there's an audience for Britney's concert

The essential albums are great. I'm not sure why she has one though. I mean, it's going to look rather odd on store shelves next to the Johnny Cash and Micheal Jackson entries.

honey, that was a kylie reject (her loss, btw) written by cathy dennis. would have probably been handed to rachel stevens was it not for britney.

not to say it wasn't a great song and not deserving of its success. yet a game changer it was far from being one.

Varied instrumentation, perfect vocal delivery, and a general critical acclaim accompanied by a killer video. A truly novel pop song. Voted as one of the songs of the decade by Rolling Stone.

perfect vocal delivery? seriously? it was cathy dennis singing most parts of the song.

the song's great and the video sold it but it's far from a cultural phenomenon. however, the song did revive her career, that's indisputable.

Perfect vocal delivery? Britney? On "Toxic" she sounds like an asthmatic frog, as usual. And if Toxic redefined Pop mucic that credit belongs to Cathy Dennis and B&A, not Britney.

Umm we all know she doesn't write her songs often AND is not a strong vocalist in a live setting. That's a given and we can't change that.

Anyways, she's always had brilliant lead singles, even during her crisis period, and I'm sure this one will follow the suit.
