it's obvious the new album is way better than the previous one, and i'll most definitely give it a shot in the arm by gettin my own copy when it's released. still, i fear it's set to bomb no matter what. i hope i'm proven wrong, as i would really want her to sell decently, even though nobody can expect her to have a true smash at this point.

"I think it was the music," Janet Jackson explains candidly why she thinks her last two albums failed to connect.

"The albums weren’t right," she added.

Her new CD, though, is poised to impact in a big way!

Wow. That's pretty cool of her to just say it like that. And for the record, I think both AFY and Damita are good albums.

It's actually very encouraging to hear her admit that they "weren't right", i.e. they were shit.

Janet comments on Natalie Cunt's vile comments about Amy Winehouse's grammy wins:

"I hear where Natalie is coming from, and I think she would understand it better than I could because she’s been there. She’s been addicted to drugs and had those issues. I could see her side of it, for sure, and it’s kind of a catch-22 for myself, because it does feel like someone is being rewarded for a negative act.
And then I think about it, and I’m not saying it’s right, but the music business has always been about sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll."

I can't believe how much these bitches are missing the point. The Grammys are NOT rewarding her drug taking. :manson:

They're just pandering to hypotritical, righty American views... they're not wanting to upset anyone :vomit:

Totally. It's like her ridiculous "wardrobe malfunction" denial of Nipplegate at the time.

So, so lame.

She's not even SAYING anything. Just presenting the two sides of the argument and wisely staying out of it.

"wisely"? I far rather when people have the balls to make a decision and publicly state it. I *hate* it when people sit on the fence out of fear of offending anyone.

Pathetic!
