I really hope they do a swanky remaster set for "Listen Without Prejudice" like they did with "Faith". |

That would be nice. But I dont want a whole heap of live stuff, I want demos and unheard of stuff... not just rehashed duets with Paul McCartney and that ABbey Road version of Praying For Time. |

i think there will be just 5% vocoder or none on the new single, otherwise just too much risk... he wouldn`t

I hope so. I do think he has an amazing voice, thankfully not ruined by all the dope he smoked. |

Yeah I think his voice has held up remarkably well. I doubt dope is particularly damaging to the voice anyway. Poor old Whitters did crack though. Stupid bitch. |

Well they say smoking damages your voice, added to that the power of skunk and it will have had an effect on his vocal chords. That, plus the gallons of strangers' splooge he's necked over the years. |

George Michael recording royal wedding track George Michael has announced that he will release a track as a gift to Prince William and Kate Middleton for their wedding day. The singer used Twitter to say that the song will be a "beautiful" cover version, but that he wouldn't reveal the title until a later date. Michael asked fans to suggest ideas for covers to him before he settled on a track. He wrote: "I think I've chosen a song for William and Kate." "Suffice to say it's a beautiful song and it was never a single so chances are u don't know it. But I think it's a perfect fit. It was written in the seventies by a genius. Tell you what, I'll give u a clue that will really narrow it down to that handful of great love songs of the pop era. The first word of the title is 'You' (sic)." He added that he hopes to have it recorded later this week before sending it to the couple. He said: "I'm in the Thames valley today, but working on the track tomorrow . Hopefully done by Thursday. "We have a mutual friend who i think will make sure it gets to them. That and the toaster." The Wham singer has previously covered the likes of Stevie Wonder's 'As' with Mary J Blige and 'Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me' with Elton John. Michael teased details of a new single and tour last month. |
