He only has himself to blame, the slimy bastard.

Nato strike 'kills Saif al-Arab Gaddafi', Libya says

A Nato air strike in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, has killed the son of the Libyan leader, Colonel Gadaffi, a government spokesman has said.

Colonel Gaddafi himself was in the house which was hit by the strike, the spokesman added, but he was unharmed.

His son Saif al-Arab was killed, as well as three of the Libyan leader's grandsons.

Saif al-Arab, aged 29, was the youngest of Muammar Gaddafi six sons.

It is is so very easy for my country to hate on Lybya and Gaddafi in particular.

In 1998, five Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor were convicted of infecting more than 400 Libyan kids with HIV, seen as a conspiracy plot against the country. They were first sentenced to death, then were sentenced to death AGAIN, and finally had their sentences commuted to life in prison.

After two death sentences and spending NINE YEARS in prison, they were finally released in 2007 (the year BG entered the EU) and were extradited to Bulgaria where their sentences were commuted by the president and the nurses were freed. (...and I am pretty sure this is thanks to Sarkozy's divine intervention  )

...oh, and a few months ago the resigned justice minister of Libya apparently said that Gadaffi and his government were entirely responsible for infecting the children with HIV.
