Still listen to lots of tracks from Bionic now... much more so than, say, Aphrodite.

I like Christina a lot more now she's a flop and a bit of a tub. It's just the rooter of the underdog I've always had I guess.

Having said that, she's still an arsehole.

No doubt about it, "Bionic" was a mess, but it had some very, very good songs scattered across it!

I'm afraid I only like one song on Bionic (Birds of Prey) although I do like it very, very, very much.

10+ ? i think u're exaggerating just a bit.
though i do believe had bionic been reduced to a tracklist of 10 songs, presumably the best material on it, it would have ended up a way superior album. maybe successfulonlywhenfeaturedinotherpeoplessinglestina has now learnt her lesson.

Christina Aguilera hires vocal coach for new album

Christina Aguilera has hired a vocal coach while recording her new album.

The singer is currently working on the follow-up to 2010's Bionic and has employed the help of acclaimed voice coach Seth Riggs.

Aguilera is reportedly aiming to make her voice "even more perfect" before laying down vocals on her new tracks, according to the Examiner.

Apparently, the 30-year-old will not over-sing on her next album, something she has been criticised for on previous records.

The report also confirms that William Orbit will be working with Aguilera on the new material as soon as he finishes recording with Madonna for her upcoming LP.

Aguilera recently declared that music will always be her "first love" after starring in musical film Burlesque last year.

:lol2:

She's always going to play 2nd fiddle to someone else. I'm just waiting for her to notice.

if that's true then she's wise to tone down her vocals. but, god, is orbit in fashion out of a sudden all over again? look out, stuart price, the one u replaced is about to return the favour

Excellent!! I hope she keeps to focusing on her voice... Bionic didn't work (although I still rate the album very much).

I am happy she's going for it again. Hope she goes on the road :)

Apparently the new single is produced by Max Martin and is said to be very radio-friendly.

She's right to get something out there pretty quickly. That Maroon 5 track has totally salvaged her career.
