insane

foretelling riri's chart fortune within the next 12 months:
you da one a transatlantic number one for no reason
where have u been coming up next, a transatlantic number one for a good reason
subsequent hit singles: talk that talk, drunk on love, roc me out

a well earned break off the spotlight (probably a weekend in late september)
then the new album era kicks off with the exact same level of dominance :drama:

You Da One is by Dr. Luke? But it's so... uncatchy.
You must be deaf. It's horrible, and completely boring.

I was bored with the leaked album... The hardest 35 min this year... Couldn't find the mood of the album/songs.

It has some bits of Rated R, some house... Maybe it`ll grow on me with the better quality (I have it with 128kbps).
At least it is HER sound, she def found it. Sorry that awful ballads are the part of THE SOUND. Can't stand boring stuff like Calif King Bed or We All Want Love... so identical. I was hoping she would go Russian Roulette way...

But still it is quite a stellar work of hers as it seems. I mean overall sound, not the actual songs.

What are these reviewers listening to when they write reviews today? Are they completely deaf??! Maybe they're being paid for the review.

Her performance of We Found Love on US X Factor last night. She practically lipsynched the whole thing. :manson:

What an ignorant little girl. After all that happened to her, she can say something like this without so much as a second thought. :manson:

Rihanna – “I like agressive men.”

Rihanna’s newest single might be called “You Da One,” but it appears there’s no one in the popstar’s life right now — romantically speaking.

“I’m not dating anyone right now,” Rihanna said as she taped an appearance for Monday’s “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

“I’m not dating at all,” Rihanna added, and the Barbados-born beauty said she’s not exactly pleased with her relationship status.

“I’m not necessarily happy being single. It’s not really that cool, I like men that are more aggressive, but mysterious, but I like a man to be very sure. I like them to be sure of themselves and know that you’re the man. I’m the lady and the only way for us to make this work is for us to play our roles. You know, I can’t really be the man for you. I don’t want to have to be. I’m the man at work all the time.”

The singer even got a little bold on “Ellen” suggesting her lack of dating doesn’t do much for her between-the-sheets life; “I do put a lot into my job — most of my time if not all of it. It definitely affects my personal life. My personal life is pretty much non-existent, which is not good, not for the long run. Not for me, not for ‘Her,’” she said, pointing between her legs. “It’s not fun,” she added with a laugh.

Rihanna added that whole issue prompts her to hit the Internet; “That’s why I stay on Twitter a lot. So I can conversate with my fans — because I don’t get any booty calls,” she added.

Following the aggressive men statement, one would thing Rihanna needs be careful with what she wishes for… Not ending up in hospital is a possible!

oh come on, an aggressive behavior does not necessarily imply violence of any form. it could be that she refers to aggressiveness as a dynamic stance towards everything in life.

The woman ended up splashed across the world's media with her face a bruised mess because of her fondness for "aggressive" men. It's an obscenely stupid comment to make, especially from someone who has so many young fans. Selfish, irresponsible and dumb.

The more I think about it, the more angry it makes me. I'd love to punch her in the face. ;)

Good. In these recessionary times, sex is one of the only things that's still free and hasn't been taxed!
