Gaga can make a Cher mediocre hit sound like its a masterpiece. Talent.
To the little monsters yes, to the rest of the world it remains cheap music whether it's Cher or Gaga

Looking at Justin Timberlake you immediately understand how true talent should be properly displayed

‘JT”s new album will feature some new recordings (and some cast-offs from the current one)

According to your friend and ours producer Jerome “J-Roc” Harmon, the album – due in November – will feature some of the unused “30, 40 tracks”. :rotfl:

“Before we came to the 10 that he wanted and the two bonus tracks, we had over 30, 40 tracks,” he explained to Billboard. “So I think he’s going to go in, and we’re going to take some of the stuff that we’ve already done, and of course create more music at the same time.”

Of course.

He also revealed that ‘Mirrors’ was originally started in 2009 but then “shelved” while ‘JT’ carried on with his acting.

“‘Mirrors’ was something we started working on in 2009, and he just shelved it,” Harmon mused. “He’s like, ‘I’m gonna save this one, and this is gonna go on my album.’”

“We never knew when he was going to put it out - we were like, ‘Aw man, you’re in movies now!’ We could have waited another 10, 15 years. But then he surprised us last year and said he was ready, and he brought ['Mirrors'] over to the project as well.”

So there you have it.

Doubtful! I think it's quite telling that by far the best melody on the album was "Mirrors", a song that was written for his previous album.

Does anyone listen to his album now?

I dont like the word 'dated' but it feels very dated to me now, when the freshness of the music wore off. Very surprised at its ongoing success. And musically-melodically it feels now...boring and mostly not inspired, totally. Im over it completely.

The 75,000 or so people that are still buying it every week in the US perhaps. It should hit 2 million by the time the 2nd part drops in September, and that's even if it slows down considerably.

I can't believe "Mirrors" is actually a single. You can literally tell it's several years old, it's so dated.

I think it's a good example of how you can be explicit and controversial without being crass.

A good contrast to Robin Thicke.

I'd prefer if he was the one being naked and rolling around in the video
That would be something fresh, instead of watching him do those same dance moves over and over and over again

Yeah, when it comes down to it, it's like the world's most boring perfume commercial. A total snooze.
