So, I got an email from Lulu today, basically telling me my order has already been shipped.

And then I check the tracking number, and it says the expected delivery time is tomorrow.

That... That cannot be right. I ordered this thing Friday.

And it's the Christmas season.

If I seriously get those tomorrow - after a eight hour shift I will be one happy happy person.

"Spiders?"
"Spiders it is then."
"No, that wasn't-"
But she was already pouring him a brimming glass of spiders.

So, I get home today, no package in the mail.
Little over an hour later, I get a call from a friend, we chat a bit.
I check the Canada post page again, and it says 'Item delivered'

So, my friend gets to hear me spazzing out for the next five minutes.

I see this in the mail and lose my shit. I then fuck with the tape for a bit...

And this is where I lose my shit and explode. I am a ghost, cleaning chunks of exploded Serenade off the wall. Back to reading. I mean cleaning <.<

Christmas wrapping is all done.

There's two stacks of stuff - one of which is similarly shaped presents all eventually going to be sent in a box down to Florida, and another stack of varying shapes for other people.

So hooray, I don't need to write names on anything~

Lovely Freudian slip at work today.

Customer: I'd like a such-and-such coffee.
Me: $1.60.
Customer: -hands over a roll of nickels-
Me: ... -chuckles- You know, most people pay for their coffee with [some $1 coins] or a [$2 coin].
Customer: -chuckles- Well, now you got extra change
Me: -chuckles again- Yes. There are also the occasional customers that pay for coffee with a copious amount of nipples. ... NICKELS!

What spawned the idea?

Jay sent me a video that was a mod spotlight of it.
I lost my shit and went 'Must try. for cuteness'

However, I'm still in my pseudo anti-minecraft kick, so I can't stick with the game for long.

And because I'm a showoff once in a while.

Game Collection

This is 95% of my game collection. Due to my shelves beginning to overflow, I had to move as much of my CD-based games into books, so as to save on space. What's not shown, is my PSP collection.

Bottom left book: Wii, gamecube and PS1 collection (It also has KotoR 2). Games shown: No More Heroes 1 and 2. Monster Hunter Tri, and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Top Left book: Single-Disc PC games (Amnesia and Starcraft are shown)
Top Middle Book: Multi-disc PC games (Fable is shown)
Top Right Case: GBA and DS games (They all fit perfectly, but I'm not listing them all)
Bottom Right Book: PS2 titles (Shown are Kingdom Hearts 1, Kingdom Hearts 2, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories and Manhunt)

Huh. Yay for promotions I wasn't aware of?

I have bad problems when it comes to money. Namely, I spend it too quickly. It's irresponsible, yes, but I'm getting better at it.

I have online banking set up, so with ease, I can verify my bank balance with a single click. I checked it the other day after going to see Tool perform (a topic on that will be up eventually), and, after pulling out $60 to enjoy food and booze afterwards, I had a small sum left in there.

However, upon checking my bank yesterday, randomly, it said I had more - $150 more than anticipated. At first, I panicked and thought it was something along the lines of a bank error. I suspected that if I spent any of it, the bank would catch up with their error and credit that money back.

So I call them today and inquire about this sudden boost of money, and they tell me 'Oh yeah, that. Well, you know how you set u a direct deposit with us back in August with Tim Hortons? Yeah, that's from the promotion we had going on that we didn't tell you - stick with us for 6 months, receive a bit of bonus money. In short, it's not a tumor glitch.'

Awesome.

Oddly enough, the second thing I pulled from that conversation? I've been working for Tim Hortons for six months.

Well. You learn something new every day.
I learned to make sure you have everything you bought before leaving a pawn shop.

I just got a PS3 today - very good price for it too.

I get home and discover that I brought everything - the Cables, the HDMI cord I bought, the unit itself, the five games I purchased, the con...

...

Yeah. I forgot the god damn controller XD

I have actually played a bit of Arkham Asylum a while ago for about two-three hours.

Given the price it'll likely be? Go for it.

I'll give a bit more in-depth statement though here:

The voice acting was superb, while the apparel of the characters, while a bit different from the norm, actually lends a unique charm to the game itself.
The atmosphere is pretty good, while the combat can be pretty good (though I had not gotten far enough to experience more moves and such)

My only mini complaint is how Batman's face looks. I know what they were trying for - specifically, a perpetual 'badass' scowl.

However, the look merely looks like he is perpetually about to ask 'who farted?'

Got me a few new Books for RPG games and such.
First off, these two are part of the same book:
This is the Player-Half of the book, which contains character themes, feats, paragon paths and destinies.
This is the DM Supplement, which has items, monsters, enhancements, and even an adventure to find the titiular item.

And this was an interestingly designed book, for the tabletop game Exalted
These two are the same book, just flipped over.
