What do you guys think about victimless crimes like prostitution or recreational drug use, assuming both parties consent? Should they be legal or not? |

Yes (although it should be in our interest to regulate them). |

Would you say the war on drugs (in your country) is a failure? |

While I won't say a "war on drugs" exists in my country, if it exists, it is a failure. Weed is forbidden, yet you can find it at almost any school. |

Prostitution should be legal and regulated, as should most drugs. Victimless crimes shouldn't be crimes IMO. If the government gets involved in them at all, then it should treat them as public health issues. |

Certain drugs can be made legal with government regulation. But there are some drugs like crack that are too dangerous to be given to the public. |

I have no problem with prostitution, and I think drugs should be assessed and categorized in a way that the most dangerous drugs remain illegal. |

Regulated prostitution by the government or unregulated? |
