Any tips on computer security? What cheap or free computer programs are there that can fight viruses? |

Malwarebytes was great until it became a resource hog as what Norton is, so really the best form of computer security these days is purely common sense. |

Fight, in this world of aggression. Fight, in this world of deceit. Fight, in this war of oppression. Fight, let the killing proceed. | |

I use Windows Defender (it's free) and run MalWareBytes and Superantispyware once a week as foreground tasks rather than running them in the background. If I'm going to a new website, I have an old computer that I'll use. If it gets bit by something ugly, I just format the drive and reload a C: drive image with Acronis. |
