Alright, so this may seem weird or some sort of unnecessary burden but I was thinking, in our region, because we are dealing with people that like to mess with people they're bound to try and harm us from the inside, also I think that it could abet the process of creating laws in the legion or for the entire region and it doesn't really hurt to make sure we keep order to fulfill our goal, to take out others, we must be strong internally. Firstly; a constitution. A mandatory set of rules that applies to everyone and under any circumstances. Due to how we will grow and develop it would be wise to keep these laws as general and fundamental to our cause. If we agree to this idea I could start drafting some documents and running it by you guys. Secondly; Structure. Who makes the laws? Who upholds it? Who judges them? Who applies them? All important questions, in the constitution (if we chose to go through with this) we would have a law that would state that the defense would always be entitled to a lawyer. As for judges I think we should adopt a trust and track record system, most likely we could have it so we examine the performance of prosecution and defense lawyers or anyone deemed to be fit to judge and interpret law. For upholding the law, we should also start a law enforcement branch, I think this should be given to the top military leaders as they would have a pretty good idea of who's who and are in a position of power. Finally, application. Why do this? Why go through all this effort if we can just kick someone out no questions out? Well, this is where the beauty of all this comes in. This region is based upon the idea of ridding the world of raiders and other-for a lack of a better word assholes that infect this game, showing that we have a system that successfully and purposefully applies democracy to maintain order is great for morale and is great for recruiting. Anyways, what do you guys think? It's somewhat late so what I just wrote may just seem crazy and I may not notice it, but if it isn't I believe this could truly be beneficial for this region.

Lots of regions have a government and it would be good for us to work on one too. I'm eager to see what you come up with. |

Yeah for sure! Well here's a draft of the constitution I was thinking of: Section I: Fundamental Freedoms Freedom of Speech Any nation within The Vengeful Riders is entitled to the freedom to speak their mind without having to fear punishment from law enforcement, this freedom may be overridden by law enforcement under the following circumstances: a) The direct or indirect consequences of the speech has or will, with beyond reasonable doubt harmed nations within the region or the region itself. b) The Founder and/or Delegate of the region has deemed the direct or indirect consequences of the speech harmful to nations within the region or the region itself. c) If the direct or indirect actions have been deemed the consequences of the speech has been voted harmful to the region or nations within the region by at least 80% of the regions member nations. Freedom of Decision Making Any nation within the region may, at any time call for a vote within the region and present this information, without altering it's contents to any government official without having to fear punishment from law enforcement. Once all votes have been taken in, that information held within any mean of storing information that was gathered from nations within the region must have a way to be validated with nations that have voted and sent to the same government official that has received the votes of previously mentioned information, also once all nations, that the voting pertains to finishes, the document holding the information becomes a legal document, tampering with this document will disregard any information within the document. Elections The judicial system can only consist of two judges at any given time, judges can only be elected in two ways: a) The founder and/or delegate of the region appoints the judge and has at least 11% votes from nations within the region. b) 86% of nations within the region vote. Votes must be conducted by the founder and/or delegate of the region, a vote may be called for from a nation within the region and the Founder and/or Delegate has the right to deny or accept this call for vote. Any other government official must be elected with at least a 51% vote from nations within the nation, if the official has less than 76% of votes, the Founder and/or Delegate may deny that official to join the government. That's just the first section, let me know what you think! |

I think that no rule should ever become immutable. Or, no rule should be unchangable. There should be a rule changing process. The rules within that process should be open to change as well. |

I think this is an awesome Idea for the region I like the constitution so far however we need to remember that the constitution should be a breathing document and thus should be able to change. But so far I really like it. |

So should we create a council to create the regional government and then put it up to vote? |
