General Information:
Name: Eomer
Alias: Third Marshal of the Mark, Sister-son
Gender: Male
Homeland:Rohan
Age:27
In the Service of: Theoden of Rohan

Weaponry

Weapons:Eomer can wield the long sword, daggers, the spear, bow and arrows. He is capable of using every single of the weapons introduced up with ease once he placed his hand.

His sword was forged by the finest smithies of entire Rohan. The sword was made of stainless steel. It had a horse head on the hilt. The extension to the hilt where Eomer's hand had a firm grasp of the sword wrapped with black leather with a light touch of the golden ornamentations which displayed from one point to another point of the sword an astounding view. The sword was longer and had a very sharper pinpoint like if slightly touched to the hand, it would create a tiny slit across the skin. Eomer, like all Rohan warriors do, named his sword and called as Guthwine. The name right matched his lifestyle meant "friend at war".

His spear which Eomer commonly used for longer distances . Eomer is quite remarkable at throwing this weapon to a relatively long distance. Just with the deep coordination of eyes extending through his hands in a second, he could throw the spear and hit the mark. He is a sharpshooter. As to the use of the bow and arrows, though he is not as good at using spear, sword. He can shoot satisfying enough to hit a man off his horse from the distance. However, as long as it is not so necessary, he chooses not to use this weapon every time he went on a fight.

The shield is circular, painted to a green to exactly match the banner of the Rohan. The golden ornaments crafted on the four arcs of the broad circumference. In the middle of the circumference, another golden ornament is settled outward-bound point. His shield usually slung back at his back. Although it's crafted for majorly defense, when swung at the enemy in the close combat, it could inflict as much damage as any sword could inflict.

Armor:Eomer wore a helmet, which was decorated with a horse’s tail. He never got it off his head unless he was in the king's presence or he was at home for simply resting. Eomer's armor like that of his sword shinning as new anytime he rode out for war. The armor was embedded with the symbol of Rohan which is a horse. His burnished skirts of mail hung down upon their knees. The armor was durable enough to hold out a thrust of sharp pointed spear, or a sword into the body. The material used for in the forging of the armors is the same steel used for in the forging of the sword. Although the armor was solid and durable enough, any thrust in on the shoulder side ,which is relatively easier to damage, could easily cause Eomer get hurt mortally.

Steed:Their horses were of great stature, strong and clean-limbed; their grey coats glistened, their long tails flowed in the wind, their manes were braided on their proud necks. The Rohirrim took great care of their horses. They recognized the horses as an extension of their figure, additional arm in the battle. After all, without having a horse riding beneath their bottom, they were no different from any particular army. Their steeds are of various colours, from the darkest to the lightest skin colour.

Eomer's steed are of the same great stature as the horses of Rohan and equally beautiful as others. Equally as pure, as soft, as shiny. Its appearance is kingly, even when at ease, the strong legs shows kingly stance on all four feet. The soft mane flew gently in the air as it galloped to the horizon. Eomer's steed named as Firefoot, described as the large and grey-coated with a braided mane and a long tail. (Thanks to staff a lot)

Description

Physical Description:

Eomer stood tall at 6"6' height, relatively higher than the most of Rohan riders. Stood as a prominent, eye-catching figure with his helmet concealed beneath his golden blond hair which flows down freely in the wind, flocks fall in a cascade reaching to the shoulder size. Eomer has an athletic body with slight muscular tone. His eyes are of a light brown color, like the hazelnut, when his face is exposed directly to the sunlight, his eyes glow brightly and his face glitters along with the eyes. Eomer has a moustache on both upper and beard on his lower chin. Eomer has a fair skin that is adjusted his facial features.

When he is at ease, which happens rarely, wears a green long sleeve tunic with a high neck suede or mandarin collar in a smooth but slightly textured fabric with a reddish brown long jerkin over it. The vest is more nubby textured, almost like a spun at home, a coarser weave than the under tunic. Full length green cloak over the whole clothes embroidered along the edges. Not to forget the leather brown boots

Personality:

Eomer was a loyal warrior by nature to his king. Due to their family relations though he was adopted by the king himself, grown up in no way different than Theodred, Theoden's biological son. Eomer always thought of him as his own father not his uncle and he is a really deep commitment to his king. Thus, he thinks he owes too much to Theoden. As loyal as he was a strong warrior by both heart and mind. He has a capability to analyze the current status based on what has happened or has been happening or whatever might come next. Eomer could sacrifice his life for the sake of his king and land if not further possible solution seen. Eomer is a man of honour who even though he was banished from the lands of Rohan continued to serve its king.

Eomer is also protective of his sister, of his family. To Eomer, his commitment to his family meant everything though numerically comes after protecting his king, land or commanding his eodred to fight. However, he is not too overly protective, he never intends to meddle too much into his sister's affairs nor his father's as long as his father is in a condition to decide on his own which Eomer has extremely concerned of lately.

Eomer is very unfriendly to the strangers who passes across his borders. Though the reason of the way of attitude that he bore might be of the orcs roaming freely across his borders, he still cannot bare seeing a man nor another of any other kind passing through his lands. When he witnesses one of those kind, he simply act aggressively towards them. He is too quick to judge people by their appearance. Once Eomer's trust is gained, Eomer becomes a rather bearable person who is able to listen people, comment on the ideas, be interacted with. However, gaining his trust is kinda hard.

History:

Eomer was born in 2991. His father Eomund of Eastfold was the chief Marshal of the Mark and his mother Theodwyn was the sister of King Theoden. Eomer's younger sister Eowyn was born in 2995. In 3002, Eomund was killed while pursuing Orc raiders in the eastern marches. Theodwyn sickened and died soon afterwards.

He and his younger sister, Éowyn, were taken in by their uncle, Théoden, who raised them as his own children. Théoden's conniving counselor, Grima, always hated Éomer, who entreated Théoden to let him fight the orcs of Saruman, who were destroying the lands of Rohan.

Eomer grew up as a capable, skilled warrior. From his young age, he joined up in many wars behind his uncle and his uncle's commanders. He learned enough to persuade Theoden have him put in charge of an eodred. After having put in charge of an eodred, he remarkably commanded his eodred from a fight to another. He slew many orcs.

Misc. Info
Sample RP:

“You are banished forthwith from the kingdom of Rohan” Wormtongue said beneath his tongue hissing resembled that of snake’s. Having seized by two strong guards by his both arms which were unable to be mobilized left him no choice but hearing the words of the traitor; the words that hypnotized the strong king of Rohan. Eomer had seen his approach, glance, attitutes towards the men of Rohan. Like his words put a spell on them, paralyzing completely He knew Eowyn would not look at him but still this self-confidence in Grima once combined with the king’s insufficiency of authority converted this place into ,sort of, his playground. All orders of him was having perceived, valued as directly coming from the king’s mouth. Grima was playing the fate of people of Rohan like playing a baby’s doll. The king having unheard of the recent progress of orcs marching towards them and relatively day by day increased in strength. It was the end of the line. It was the time to make a choice between him staying with his king or riding freely still as loyal to him. Eomer before going out, he looked at directly the king’s face. Just to see that signal he waited for so long that the king tell him to stay by his side like the old days. However, what he hoped for was a vain hope. The king had already forsaken them, fallen under the influence of his words of lies.

Grima had final say, his words were the causes of Eomer leaving his beloved nation behind whom he was already sworn an oath to protect no matter what the outcome would be. And he would hold his oath as if nothing happened out of ordinary. All he had to recruit the men that had an alignment with the king Theoden. He was lucky there was too many out there sharing the same feelings as him towards Grima. None of them ever had found as a worthy of being appointed him as a consultant to the king. However, as always the king had the final say on anything in Rohan which his loyal servants must abide. Eomer and those who were loyal to him never spoke up a single word about him. Grima’s intent was known by many. Not only by the king himself.

Eomer was at the barn after hearing the words of his banishment. Eomer hardly stopped himself from strangling Grima's lanky neck around his hands. Just how true it would be to hold him by his collar with his bare hands to have him confessed of his real business here. The king, perhaps, after heard of that pathetic, insignificant figure’s confession might believe in him. But that would have made him just a target which Grima would definitely blame of him as opposing to the king’s orders. No, no Eomer was a man of honor who never disgraced to his kingdom, the banner he carried, the nation he fought for a man like Grima. He just had to take his eodred, the banner rode out down the plains to make what he did best. This way when the time came at last, he would be honorably taken his side by his king.
