With this ability, Kid Apollo is able to control proton particles to disable a target's vision or alter what they visually perceive through a channeling process. The channeling will end if his line of sight is obscured.. Kid Apollo can also project photons to either form a shield/force-field that can withstand 5 tons of damage, or to blasts his targets with photon blasts that can dish out 5 tons of damage.
VITAKINESIS Fourth Stage
Healing is modification of the regenerative cycle, both on a physical and spiritual level with the mind. Kid Apollo can tend to an injured person via physical contact (preferably using his hands). It's potent enough to restore lost vital organs and regenerate amputated limbs. His touch can be used to bring life back into plants if they are withered into decay. His healing capabilities are known to remedy subjects from common illnesses and toxins. Kid Apollo's able to produce vitakinetic energy from his hands, and harness the energy into a continuous stream of vitakinetic energy. This does not cause any physical harm at all. This is a way for him to remotely heal someone if required. Granted the subject is in eye-sight without any obstacles blocking his line-of-sight. Kid Apollo's healing capabilities are potent enough to generate orbs of vitakinetic energy. Unlike his continuous stream of energy (healing projection), the healing orbs require at most two seconds of conjuration. They'll be cast onto a target and will spend ten minutes healing the target, sharing the same healing capabilities of his healing touch or healing projection.

Kid Apollo is able to induce hypnosis into a person with merely his voice. Once hypnotized, Kid Apollo can suggest simple commands and compel his target to do his bidding. However, more complex commands are considered to be more difficult to suggest, such as trying to command someone to fly.
ENHANCED REFLEXES Final Stage
Kid Apollo has a drastically enhanced reaction speed, allowing him to dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments and react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to. Having an awareness of his surroundings; his visual perception is heightened. Kid Apollo may indeed predict most attacks depending on range and acceleration.

Granted he keeps his destination in thought while playing the song. This will also detect obscurities in roads, pathways, etc and will divert Kid Apollo onto a different path. This will serve purpose for if Kid Apollo is generally lost or wants to find something.
LONGBOW First Stage
Due to being an intuitive archer naturally, it's expected of Kid Apollo to wield a bow & arrow. His quiver can hold 24 arrows. It's made of material in which allows Kid Apollo to carry without excessive weight and can use in melee if required.
APOLLO'S GOLDEN BOW LOCKED
Kid Apollo was given a heirloom from his father, Apollo. A magical bow that Apollo once used to kill Python. The bow is comprised of dense materials that is classified as "indestructible". The Golden Bow is said to either cause health or famine. Other than that, it serves the same purpose as a traditional bow; only Apollo's Golden Bow has far greater power. The Golden Bow serves as a vessel for Kid Apollo's Photokinetic energy to channel through; Kid Apollo being able to fire condensed arrows of light. Apollo's Golden Bow is the opposite of Artemis' Silver Bow. The Silver Bow makes victims feel no pain; whereas Apollo's Golden Bow makes victims feel excruciating pain regardless if the shot was non-lethal or not. The greatest thing about the Golden Bow, is that it is a pseudo-musical instrument. The string can be strummed and it'll serve as a harp.

I'd drop the shield/blast from your photokinesis in total, but keep the app for blinding/disorientating targets, make yourself invisible, etc. I'd also like a time limit on your invisibility, and how long you can keep a person stunned.
If you want to keep the shield/blast for photokinesis, drop one of your other applications, (I recommend either reflexes or vocemnesis) and drop the potency of it to around 1-2 tonnes at maximum.
If you want to stay adept at one of your abilities, drop one of them. Otherwise, go with basic/novice on one of them, and make the other proficient.
PS: None of your abilities should be at their "Final Stage", there should always be room for improvement. I'd suggest removing the bits of that so it doesn't cause confusion amongst other roleplayers later on.
