Mackenzie takes center stage for the first time on Toonami Fan with a retrospective of Giant Robot Week.

I agree ... I always thought it was weird there was no Gundam anything on Big robot Week .. but I wasn't a fan at all of Big O, so I was kind of happy about that, lol.

But shouldn't it be 08th? :P

I was a bit confused by the shows that aired on Giant Robot Week but it never really phased because I knew it would only be for week.

Well, that was you who made the Kenshin avatar. I was surprised at how cool it is. Thanks. :D

Nice touch with adding the actual "Advanced Robotics" video there at the end, too. I had that video in mind when I constructed the title and the conclusion. It was still airing at the beginning of 2003 when I first got into Toonami, and I've never forgotten it.

Glad the article was good enough to get on the site.

Edit: Tense error.

In my post.

This is a screwup on my part, though:

Most of those who would have enjoyed Robotech when it originally appeared on the network had either moved on or had aged out of Toonami's target demographic, so their airings did not count in CN's tally.

Should be 'viewings'. I also saw an 'aiirngs' where there should be an 'airings'. I don't know what's with me and the word 'airings', but I seem to keep messing up with it.

Uh . . . repeat that. That didn't make a lot of sense.

He was confused by the way they were airing the various shows in GRW, but it didn't really bother him much because he knew it would only last for a week.

Exactly. I could tell that the episodes weren't in order but I knew that it wouldn't matter because there's no point in getting into shows that would only air for a week. Did that come out right?

Okay, now I get it.

I'm not going to blame you for not watching it, but I think that if fewer people had a similar attitude to yours, we may have seen Nadesico and Dai-Guard eventually on Toonami.

Even though I live in England ive got to say this. What a damn shame the end of the Super Robot began here.

Still, at least Sym-Bonic Titan will revive the Mecha anime(or at least, march on in the Mechas heart.)

Sym-Bionic Titan isn't an anime, its an American show. And mecha is still going strong in both the USA and Japan. Code Geass, Gundam 00, Gurren Lagan, Linebarrels of Iron, need I go on?

Super robots will never die. They sell toys and stuff. Big business.

I Meant end of the Super Robot on Toonami. My fault for not clarifying things.
