This topic is based on the format of the long running BBC Radio 4 show "Desert Island Discs".

Imagine yourself stranded on a deserted island, & you're only have 8 songs with you, what would they be? Pick 8 songs you'd want to have with you along with a book & a luxury item (The book may not be the Bible, anything religiously based or the complete works of William Shakespeare because all those are already on the island & the luxury item must be inanimate & have no survival value)
