Well, well. I've been preparing this little speech along with some others for a while now, and I think it's time to let out what I TRULY think of this god-forsaken place, along with its admins, members, advanced members, mods and super mods. Except Maz. And Iceguy. And Chrona and Thierry and Zeero and Striker and Weresonic. And The Bakin' Muffins. This is, in fact, a SERIOUS topic, and I found that Spam World was merely the best place to put it. I'd much like it to be treated as a serious topic by everybody here. Here I go. I am writing to express my dismay and concern over TTFF's dotty criticisms. Here's the story: We are a nation of idiots. By this I mean that as long as we are fat, warm, and dry we don't care what TTFF does. It is precisely that lack of caring that explains why TTFF is locked into its present course of destruction. It does not have the interest or the will to change its fundamentally coprophagous witticisms. I have no problem with the manifestly obvious statement that TTFF's vicegerents must be exposed and neutralized wherever they lurk. I have no problem with the idea that TTFF is always demanding money, sympathy, and the punishment of its critics. And I have no problem with the special privileges occasionally granted to what I call nugatory brigands. What I do have a problem with are TTFF's bloody-minded, impetuous fairy tales. Every so often you'll see TTFF lament, flog itself, cry mea culpa for destroying our moral fiber, and vow never again to be so heartless. Sadly, it always reverts to its old behavior immediately afterwards, making me think that it has repeatedly threatened to pander to shrewish miscreants. Maybe that's just for maximum scaremongering effect. Or maybe it's because TTFF would have us believe that genocide, slavery, racism, and the systematic oppression, degradation, and exploitation of most of the world's people are all utterly justified. Not surprisingly, its evidence for that absolutely pusillanimous claim is top-heavy with anonymous sources and, to put it mildly, it has a checkered track record for accuracy. I think it would be more accurate for TTFF to say that when I observe its spokesman's behavior, I can't help but recall the proverbial expression, "monkey see, monkey do". That's because, like TTFF, they all want to declare martial law, suspend elections, and round up dissidents (i.e., anyone who does not buy its lie that society is screaming for its initiatives). Also, while a monkey might think that "the norm" shouldn't have to worry about how the exceptions feel, the fact remains that when one looks at the increasing influence of sesquipedalianism in our culture one sees that TTFF's signature is on everything. So how come its fingerprints are nowhere to be found? The only clear answer to emerge from the conflicting, contradictory stances that TTFF and its accomplices take is that TTFF's speeches are full of declamation, bloviation, obfuscation, and equivocation. And what about TTFF's supporters? They, like TTFF, are the worst types of apostolic spongers there are. TTFF does not desire to benefit humanity but rather to wage a clandestine guerrilla war against many basic human rights. Let's get reasonable; TTFF says that everyone would be a lot safer if it were to monitor all of our personal communications and financial transactions—even our library records. Why on Earth does TTFF need to monitor our library records? As you ponder the answer to that question, consider that one of TTFF's most loyal minions is known to have remarked, "Space gods arriving in flying saucers will save humanity from self-destruction." And there you have it: a direct quote from a primary source. The significance of that quote is that TTFF apparently believes that it is the one who will lead us to our great shining future. You and I know better than that. You and I know that TTFF's representatives' thinking is fenced in by many constraints. Their minds are not free because they dare not be. Ever since TTFF decided to weaken family ties, its consistent, unvarying line has been that it acts in the public interest. It's definitely astounding that TTFF has found a way to work the words "dendrochronological" and "anthropophysiography" into its warnings. However, you may find it even more astounding that it is not at all apologetic for the harm its pals have caused. Regular readers of my letters probably take that for granted, but if I am to fight it hammer and tong, I must explain to the population at large that when people say that bigotry and hate are alive and well, they're right. And TTFF is to blame. TTFF has been snuggling up to polyloquent fomenters of revolution for quite some time. Now that's a strong conclusion to draw just from the evidence I've presented in this letter so let me corroborate it by saying that for the nonce, TTFF is content to divert our attention from serious issues. But in a lustrum or two, it will agitate for indoctrination programs in local schools. Some people have indicated that I don't see why TTFF wants to deliver an additional blow to dignity and self-worth. I can neither confirm nor deny that statement, but I can say that TTFF likes to champion censorship in the name of free speech, intolerance in the name of tolerance, and oppression in the name of freedom. Such activity can flourish only in the dark, however. If you drag it into the open, TTFF and its comrades will run for cover, like cockroaches in a dirty kitchen when the light is turned on suddenly during the night. That's why we must challenge TTFF's dictatorial assumptions about merit. TTFF's dumber than dirt. Ask anyone. TTFF is not as truculent or antisocial as you might think. It's more so. TTFF's maudlin preoccupation with mercantilism, usually sicklied over with such nonsense words as "counterrevolutionary", would make sense if a person's honor were determined strictly by his or her ability to suppress all news that portrays it in a bad light. As that's not the case, we can conclude only that I am worried about a new physiognomy of servitude, a compliant citizenry relieved of its burdens by a "compassionate" TTFF. It's hard to spot the compassion when you notice that I once had a nightmare in which TTFF was free to gain a virtual stranglehold on many facets of our educational system. When I awoke, I realized that this nightmare was frighteningly close to reality. For instance, it is the case both in my nightmare and in reality that every time TTFF tries, it gets increasingly successful in its attempts to push the State towards greater influence, self-preservation, and totalitarianism and away from civic engagement, constituent choice, and independent thought. This dangerous trend means not only death for free thought, but for imagination as well. There can be no doubt that TTFF argues that I am pudibund for wanting to give parents the means to protect their children. I should point out that this is almost the same argument that was made against Copernicus and Galileo almost half a millennium ago. TTFF has gotten away with so much for so long that it's lost all sense of caution, all sense of limits. If you think about it, only an organization without any sense of limits could desire to bring widespread death and degradation to millions of human beings across the face of the Earth. Before I leave this issue, let me share an interesting finding from a recent poll: Four out of five people surveyed believe that if TTFF thinks that our elected officials should be available for purchase by special-interest groups then maybe it should lay off the wacky tobacky. TTFF claims that chthonic swaggerers make the best scout leaders and schoolteachers. That claim illustrates a serious reasoning fallacy, one that is pandemic in its biases. Then again, TTFF says that one can understand the elements of a scientific theory only by reference to the social condition and personal histories of the scientists involved. Hey, TTFF, how about telling us the truth for once? TTFF is opposed to faddism, even though its own put-downs are just as upside-down, inside-out, convoluted, inverted, and perverted. Hence and therefore, it should learn to appreciate what it has instead of feeling so oppressed because it can't do everything it wants, every time it wants to. This is a free country, and I, not being one of the many uppity proponents of autism of this world, avouch we ought to keep it that way. I've managed to come up with a way in which TTFF's essays could be made useful. Its essays could be used by the instructors of college courses as a final examination of sorts. Any student who can't find at least 20 errors of fact or fatuous statement automatically flunks. Extra credit goes to students who realize that it is saddening to have to tell TTFF that it is the most incontinent, despicable slanderer witnessed by the history of mankind. I explained the reason for that just a moment ago. If you don't mind, though, I'll go ahead and explain it again. To begin with, it claims that its campaigns epitomize wholesome family entertainment. I contend that the absurdities within that claim speak for themselves although I should add that TTFF claims that bad things "just happen" (i.e., they're not caused by TTFF itself). Well, I beg to differ. As our society continues to unravel, more and more people will be grasping for straws, grasping for something to hold onto, grasping for something that promises to give them the sense of security and certainty that they so desperately need. These are the classes of people TTFF preys upon. Society must soon decide either to follow through on the critical work that has already begun or else to let TTFF nourish uncivilized ideologies. The decision is one of life or death, peaceful existence or perpetual social fever. I can hope only that those in charge realize that I am tired of hearing or reading that barbarism and hedonism are identical concepts. You know that that is simply not true. I hope I haven't bored you by writing an entire letter about TTFF. Still, this letter was the best way to explain to you that our problem—and make no mistake about it, it is a severe predicament—is that we currently lack the resources needed to beat TTFF at its own game. I didn't feel it had a place there. The General Discussion is for, well, "general" stuff. This is far above general. This is far above personal. This is SPARTA...I mean, this is serious. |

Here's my share of this place: **** will happen because idiots, no matter how friendly they are, will come and ruin it, thus giving a bad name to the rest of the members here. Heh. Of course, this isn't the only bad site others worry about as there are several others, few which I've seen for myself, heh. This is just at the base of a towering iceberg, but if a certain number of people want to give their own retarded praises and/or friendly advices. I say let 'em. ...Sooo, heh, glad I wasn't here to experience the drama once it exploded all over the **** place. I just find it more funny since this place is a more family-based site than anything else. I'm not saying 'change it', that's just my opinion. Heh. Oh, and before you ask, I'm just lurking for the hell of it, heh. As for the 'choices'...well, heh, I shouldn't really say anything there. I mean, you know it, so just follow it. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then shame really, heh. Mmm, but then again, why am I talking here? I'm more than likely to be ignored. Ooh, look at that: "Spam World", the icing....heh heh.
Heh. Pray I'm not being too obvious here. I'll leave you be then, heh. Edited by Little Tails, Aug 27 2013, 03:23 PM.

EPIC MUCH. ...Oh, hello there. Eh, just scourging for a decent-to-good RP. If you wanna RP or would like help on background bios for characters...or anything on characters...don't be afraid to ask, heh. (May not have all the answers, just to let those who do ask me stuff, know, heh.) Will work for the sake of working. | |

If you hate it so much here, why do you bother coming here at all? O.o How can you judge at least 20 different people as one person? each member acts differently, each member is a different person, some might do the things you say but what about the ones that don't? isn't that generalizing? No offense and all, but people complain a lot around here, we're people, not everybody can be pleased, you expect world peace or something? O.o |

Even though this was a joke... In all honesty, I agree. The staff never listens to me, and the staff is to stubborn to even consider converting to Zetaboards. TTFF is just going to die, and we're only a forum, we have no website, it's not that hard, and why can't we just host it!? >_< Seriously, if we aren't willing to pay $5 a month for something like just getting hosted, we shouldn't even try. We will just be forgotten. Tails also is an extremely popular mascot for a Sonic Board, it'd be better with we were just a Sonic in General forum, but the members would throw a riot. Either way, everyone will just lose interest and TTFF will just be a memory in our sad pathetic lives. ;] |
