This is my new story, Project Raziel. Here's the prologue. Edit: AND YES, they are Sonic fan-characters. Prologue SEVEN YEARS AGO It all happened seven years ago... The project that started it all. The Raziel Project. It was designed to get robots to help and save our future. Only three people volunteered to work on it. Olympius, Ravious, and Doug. They all had secrets, and they added them into each project. Olympius had great speed, which he granted to each robot. Doug had strong willpower and strength, which he gave to each robot. Finally, the sneaky Ravious, gave his acidic nature to one robot, and then backed away with an sinister grin. The tube that the certain robot was in shattered into pieces. The robot had released it’s power. “YES! Now there is no hope for the world now!” said Ravious, covering his face with his arm, as the robot thrashed the lab. “DARK BOLT, SHOW THE WORLD YOUR POWER, AND SHOW NO MERCY!” “Are you crazy? Letting that thing loose into the tow-” Doug stopped. “NO! The building is falling apart! We gotta get out of here! I’ll take the gray robot, Olympius, take the navy blue one!” Olympius followed Doug’s orders. However, when Olympius grabbed the robot, but he tripped on the shattered glass, thus making him throw the robot out the window. When Olympius got back up, all of his muzzle was covered in blood. Doug grabbed Olympius and ran down the stairs. Ravious manically laughed as the building came down. “Dark Bolt”, what Ravious called it, picked him up and flew to the ground. Olympius and Doug met Ravious outside the building. Doug saw the third robot in the fountain. “I guess this ends the Raziel Project…” Doug said in a dreary voice. “Oh, but it has just begun, my friend!” Ravious replied. “Now that this robot has destroyed the building, we are now feared throughout the city!” “That’s not the point of the project! We’re supposed to be helping people, not destroying their homeland!” Doug replied. “SHUT UP! I’m taking over the project!” Ravious snarled. They all went they’re separate ways after the project was ruined. Doug headed south, Ravious headed west, and Olympius went north-east. |

Sorry for the double post, but here's chapter 1: Chapter 1: An Ace Up his sleeve Ace was just your average wolf. He had a special power though. He could take images out of cards. His life was a lonely one, he grew up with no family, but he discovered his power. A kind traveler helped him control his powers. The traveler's name was Olympius. After months of training, he finally perfected it. He thanked Olympius, and headed off. Eventually, he became a street magician. Everyone was fascinated by his tricks. It was very peaceful, until that one day happened. It was a fine day. But nothing is ever okay until you're sure. Ace crept into the forest, being as quiet as a mouse. He heard tons of sounds. Beeps, crashes, laser beams, you name it. He peeked through the bush to see what was going on. Dark Bolt had been destroying the forest. Ace rushed into action. "STOP!" Ace yelled. "Unidentified Life form detected. Destroy at all costs. Deploying bomb in center of forest. Countdown: 10 Minutes. Engaging combat mode." The robot replied. "Okay, bring it on!" Ace yelled. He brought out a deck of cards. The cards started glowing. Ace chanted, "Gua Gee Wuaka Tuag" and suddenly, the all the diamond cards became blank. The pictures disappeared! Ace concentrated hard, and the diamonds from crashing down onto Dark Bolt! "Miniscule Life Form. I you must do better than that to inflict more damage on me!" Dark Bolt said. "You're right. I must go full force." Ace said. The cards had started glowing again. Ace put the cards back in his bag. "Olympius told my to never give up. I'll be there next time! Just you wait!" "Accessing files. Name: Olympius. History: Former Scientist that worked on the Raziel Project. After the accident in during the project, Olymipius fled, and nothing was ever heard of again. End of File. Target located. Heading towards Ruparia Oasis." Dark Bolt raced off. Ace ran off, and then a gray robot appeared. "Dark Bolt was just here. Searching. DNA found. Subject Ace the Wolf. I must keep in contact with this "Ace" character in case Dark Bolt comes up again." The gray robot said. "I hope that chaos won't unbalance the order of the universe. I, S.M.A.S.H. must stop Dark Bolt at all costs." |

Sorry for the TRIPLE post, but chapter 2 is ready! Yes, it is mostly a flash back D: Chapter 2: Incident at Ruparia Oasis Ace had raced off, preparing for the next battle. He had contacted his friend, Dongo, to head toward Ruparia Oasis. Dongo had been connected with the Oasis, for it was his birthplace. He was born there 14 years ago, the Oasis had been a calm sanctuary where all were to live a peaceful life, until the day of reckoning came. Dongo was only 6 at the moment, not knowing much about the world. He lived with his brother, Spike, who always took Dongo as an underling, though he was the same age. Dongo was your average hedgehog; however, he liked to perform stunts. He lived with his brother, Spike, whom was responsible for him. They lived by Static and Shock, whom were helping them keep the Oasis safe. Olympius had been a nomad, and came to the Oasis. Olympius had lived there for a month, and then, as the ancient people of the Oasis predicted, the water had turned, the sky had turned a dark red, and the peace had been torn. Tualmu, the god of reckoning had destroyed half of the city, but left the Oasis in tact. With half the city wiped out, it left Dongo, Spike, Static, and Shock were incredulous. Olymipus, however, stayed calm, as the Oasis waters were, and told the children that they could help the Oasis live on, though the city was in pieces. They had took those words to heart, and did what Olympius had instructed. Olympius, however, just left and never said good-bye overnight. Dongo had arrived at the Oasis viewing it in ruins. Am I too late? Dongo though. He had sighted Spike, Static, and Shock. He had wondered is they had known what happened at the Oasis. Edited by Random Smash, Oct 23 2009, 03:12 PM.

Yet again ANOTHER chapter, which is the longest, yet I think the best, is up. Chapter 3: The Fall of Olympius Dongo wobbled over to them, wondering what they were crowding around. It was Olympius. He was covered in wounds, he limped, and he even couldn't do a minor attack, but he still had a fighting spirit. "Come on! We have to protect the Oasis!" he told them. "Y-you're in need of medical attention. I'll find something to heal your injuries." Shock exclaimed. While Shock was looking for the rare item that would heal Olympius, Olympius told them about a black and green robot that had come to the Oasis. The robot had shot down most of the Oasis with a laser cannon. Olympius turned his head in shame and whispered, "It's all my fault," and started shedding a few tears. "I was one of the creators of the Robot. It started 7 years ago, when we started working on three robots. We called this the Raziel Project. We created the robots to help mankind, however, one went insanely wrong and destroyed the research facility. Ravious, one of my two partners, approved this robot and started to try and build an empire. In fact, he's still trying. Ravious is trying to locate and capture the two remaining robots. He's not going to have much luck, though. One of them fell into the fountain outside the building before it was activated. After the day of the brutal accident, it disappeared." Olympius stopped for a moment. "Get down. It's searching for us. It will kill us if we don't hurry." Olympius whispered. Shock had returned with the Ruparia Wicya Vine and wrapped it around Olymipus' wounds. They were ready for the showdown. "Let's do this!" Olympius told them. "FOR THE OASIS!" everyone yelled. It was quite a tough battle indeed. Dongo had gone full out with strategies, just to protect his homeland. No one had known he had felt this attached to the Oasis. The wretched robot had enough of the battling and got his laser canon charging, aiming it towards Dongo. Dongo had stood still, like a deer just before it's almost run over by a car. "I WON'T LET YOU DESTROY AN INNOCENT CHILD!" Olympius yelled, jumping out in front of Dongo. "Laser canon charged. Fire." The robot stated. The laser went right through Olympius with ease. His eyes were wide with pain. Olympius had gone down on the ground, knees first, his chest collapsed to the ground, and then his head crashed down. Dongo and the others could not bear the sight of his death. He had been like a family member, but closer. Just to let him slip away, it was not easy to deal with. "Y-you'll pay for that!" Dongo stammered. Everyone had charged toward the robot, attacking with full power. The robot had never been taking a beating this hard. After the robot had been worn out and everyone had kept a ten feet distance from it, and sudden cry came from the sky. "STOP ALL THIS MADNESS!" It was Ace. He had toughened up a tremendous amount. He took out his cards, shuffled them, and took out the eight of diamonds. No more chanting, no more concentrating, and all of the diamonds came out of the card and came to be giant black diamonds. The diamonds turned sideways and bashed into the robot without ease. All of them had cheered, but it wasn't over. After Olympius' funeral, a shady figure came by, grabbed the robot, and went off. No one had figured out where exactly the robot went. Little did anyone know, the robot's kidnapper was none other than Ravious. Ravious had to make the robot stronger if it was to lose to mere children. And one other thing... ADVICE WOULD BE NICE |

Eclipse Prower: Thanks, I hope you keep on reading! This chapter is not my greatest, IMO. If you look back at the prologue, then this chapter will make much more sense. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Chapter 4: The Rise of Rucket There was that third robot, no one had ever found it, they did not know what power it possessed. It had been unknown ever since the incident. When it go knocked out of the window, the secret switch had been activated. Many saw this robot trying to pass through, to find a hiding place. It was very rusty, so the name, Rucket, spread around. Rucket settled in the Darod Canyon after searching for a hiding place for almost six years. It had grown to develop memory of the incident, even though it wasn’t even activated at that time. It had wanted revenge. Revenge for being thrown out the window, like a piece of scrap metal. Hatred of the hedgehogs had been tearing the robot apart. It had no traces of any one of them. It did, though, have signature codes of the other robots. It had devised a plan to destroy the robots, making it dominate of the robot trio. But, it could no strike just on the dime. It had to wait. Rucket knew about Dark Bolt, wrecking havoc across the land. Rucket had to wait until one of the robots was down. After Dark Bolt had fallen, that was his chance to strike. Rucket had required secret troops after a while. Those troops were Richard the Squirrel, Primal the Hedgehog, and Maurice the Lion. They were sent out to “help” everyone defeat Dark Bolt, then strike at them. The plan had carried out. They had pin pointed Dark Bolt’s next target was at the Ragius Jungle. |

The story will have a target of at least 12 or 13 chapters, sadly, 'cuz I can't write a lot D: It depends if anyone would like to join in the story (give character bios and such). THEY MUST BE SONIC FAN-CHARACTERS. So, if you'd like me to write your character in (message directed at ANYONE who reads the story), just PM me :) Update will come soon. |
