Here is my plan and model for the Preamble, the Basic Rights article, and the Legislative. This model contains ideas the I liked and improved from Arcadia's model on only the 3 sections mentioned above. I really like the Preamble. I don't understand what the Senate under your proposal is for since the passage of legislation is the responsibility of the Assembly and the Senate isn't allowed to vote. |

I like it. As Tyv pointed out however, that indeed is unobvious. This proposal looks balanced; but does it balance the powers of the executive, legislative and judiciary powers well out? And how (in short)? |

Problem- you cannot have 3/4ths of the senate removing a speaker when there are only 3 people in the senate. The Speaker would have to vote to remove himself to get removed.
