Doubt any one does a Locust stainless one only Robin Hoods tend to use stainless for the panels. I bought mine from WRV when I got the GRP and chassis to save making one. You may be able to get hold of one from BWE but depending on who made your car and how the nose is mounted it may need to be trimmed or modified. I had to take about 1/2 an inch of mine at the scuttle end. The Plans come with a template for a bonnet. Which again could just be a starting point because of what I said above, so if making one it may be best to copy yours. If the thought of making one is a bit daunting I suppose most sheet metal fabricators would easily be able to copy yours. |
