No, when I had realized in the last mission that the name was the same as a Star Trek: VOY species, it was already too late to change them. The Ancari are an Alpha Quadrant species which until recently has been entirely xenophobic. The Federation's earliest attempts to make contact with them were met with only Comm Static. The Ancari are technologically advanced. It is reasonable to say that they have been around longer than the Vulcans, though no one can say for sure. They are humanoid and have purple skin. Their government is a parliamentary system, though they do have an Emperor. The Ancari Government is situated on Ancari Republicus, while the Emperor resides on Ancari Imperious. They recently have become aggressive towards all ships traveling near or through their space. This has prompted the Federation to investigate. The first investigation met with failure (The original Renegade mission). It was discovered through undisclosed means that the Ancari may be producing some biological-super-weapon. This is why the Renegade is being sent in again, this time to destroy the weapon before it can be used. |

cool thanks Any chance you feel like writing something up and shoving it on the wiki?
