Reported by Charlie Taylor at Charlie Taylor Fishing

Good numbers of pickerel taking live minnows and crankbaits. Large crappie are taking live minnows, while bream are biting well on crickets and nightcrawlers. Bass, many of them in the four pound class, are taking plastic worms and spoons in the lily pads. Shellcrackers are biting well on red wigglers and flyrod poppers. Occasional walleye, to four pounds, are showing up, taken on deep trolled lures.
