Posted ImageWent to Burke Lake this morning, we started at the Burke Lake Park Marina and headed South fishing the shoreline. The bass weren't really hitting on the Rooster Tails (tried Brown, Black and white) or spinners for us, but we did see a school of what looked like bass swimming near the surface into Bass Cove. Really didn't get much action until we reached the bay opposite the Marina (on the east side), where we caught 20 or so perch and bluegill using the orange and yellow trout magnet of all things.
