THIS IS THE POST TO READ AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE COMMITTING YOURSELF TO OUR LINKSHELL. This dictates what's expected of members and outlines rules related to the linkshell. We are an event style LS meaning 95% inactivity inside the LS untill event days so you DO NOT have to stay in this LS only put it on at the time/date of an event. Meeting Place: Everyone must show up on time/date with linkshell equiped we will wait 30 minutes after the set time for everyone to arrive. after the 30 minute wait we will move on to the event. Everyone must gather at: Place: Ru'Lude Gardens(Jeuno) Position: (G-9) Top floor Surrounding Area: NPC Laityn / by some trees. Dedication to Vanadiel Knights: As a member of Vanadiel Knights, you're expected to come with Vanadiel Knights whenever you can. If you have an LS that requires you to do their CoP/ZM, this is not the place for you. This basically means don't do CoP/ZM with another LS.(Note: it is fine to assist other LS on missions you have done before but not ones that you have not yet completed.) It's fine, of course, if you have a legitimate reason for missing an Event. Complaints: As no LS is perfect, you may have complaints from time to time; on maybe how things are run, or just something you dislike. The "proper" way to make a complaint is long before, or not until after a Event. DO NOT bring up an issue right before an Event or during an Event, not only is it direspectful but it typically just wastes time. Following Orders: On an Event, one person is in charge and that person will make decisions and judgments as required. You must follow their instructions WITHOUT question. Events can be dangerous not following instructions will get everyone killed. While on an event, there is no democracy most of the time (meaning one of the leaders of the event may ask for other opinion.), you will follow their instructions even if you think they’re wrong.(you may request an idea to the leader of the event by sending them a /tell DO NOT put out your idea in /party or /linkshell chat thus you will be ignored.) Additional people will be helping in roles such as Assisting Leader You will follow their instructions completely and ASSIST them as required. Teamwork: READ LS chat. Know what Alliance/Party you are and who your members are. Follow your alliance leader and see what needs to be done (think for yourself example: tank is getting shit beaten out of him/her, provoke stun or cure if you have it, even if it's not "your job."). Take an active role in your Events. If you have violated any major rules while on an event, you could be asked to drop from your party or go in last. If you do so, we’ll be happy to discuss the matter with you later. If we are forced to kick you from alliance, your pearl will be broken. Respect The Members: For your fellow members and your leaders. We don't get anything extra for keeping track of your attendance, Please keep that in mind when you're asked to do something. Keep any and all drama outside of this Linkshell. There's a time for asking about changes and during the middle of an Event isn't that time. Negativity will ultimately just lower morale and is not appreciated. Event Time and Schedule: Wednesday: 6:00pm EST Saturday: 9:00pm EST Sunday: 8:00pm EST The time/date/mission will be displayed in the linkshell message (type: /lsmes to view the message) on these forums Under (events for which mission set we are doing) each mission set will be divided up example: Wednesday: CoP | Saturday: CoP | Sunday: Zilart Wednesday: Zilart | Saturday: CoP | Sunday: CoP/Zilart We will be focused on CoP more to get everyone around mission 5-1++ then we will even out the schedule to make it even on which days we do what to get all missions completed. PRIMARY GOAL! completion of CoP and ZILART for sky and sea access. note: please move onto the mission status pages for each mission (CoP/ZM) and post your status of those missions. rember please read the section rules before posting. |
