The King in the North

I've truly never disliked a single episode of this series, so it's been hard picking any favourites from the bunch for the most part, though here are a few that stand out above the rest in my opinion. There will be spoilers ahead. At one point it was 'Hardhome' because of all the action with the army of the dead. The landing and battle that followed will always be something I remember of this show. Then the very next episode titled 'The Dance of Dragons' aired and it quickly became a favourite because of what happened in the later stages of its run; the Daznak's Pit setting. What went on during those scenes were truly frightening as I for one truly thought we were about to lose many of our favourites, though thankfully that did not happen as someone - or something - showed up and prevented the massacre from happening. Next came 'The Red Woman'. This was mostly loved because of the ending. I remember jumping from my seat I was so happy. 'Battle of the Bastards' was next, because...well....it was an epic frickin' battle!!!! 'The Winds of Winter' because of what Arya does at the Twins. 'Dragonstone' because of that opening scene with Arya still at the Twins, and later on with Dany finally touching down on her home soil for the first time since she was a young child. 'The Spoils of War' because of Drogon lighting the Lannister forces ablaze!!! And finally 'Beyond the Wall' because...well hey....THE WIGHTS AND THAT BATTLE AND THE DRAGONS AND OMGWTFBBQ!!! |

Nah...

The Mountain and the Viper Just because the ending reminds me that yeah, that's definitely what would happen in real life. Then the part where the Mountain gathered all his remaining willpower to grab the Red Viper and cave his skull in probably because he was like: ![]() I would be too if some guy kept taunting me with the same phrase over and over again. Plus the poor guy who had to clean the Red Viper's brain bits from the ground afterwords. Spoiler: click to toggle

Nah...

Pretty much. And his death marked the fall of Dorne both literally in-universe and as a lackluster plot for the viewers. |

Mhmm. Pretty much what happened with that part of the world once he was gone. |
