PRINCESSES EVERYWHERE!!

Not a new game, not really, came out earlier this spring and it's a port of a ten year old game. It's an action RPG very much like Diablo, which I like to call "loot crawlers". This is one of my favorite genres in games but there isn't too much of it on consoles, so I jumped on it.
Set in pre-roman Greece, you fight mythological monsters, amass tons of equipment and explore dungeons.

Only problem is, of course, bugs. My game crashes about once every hour. Saving takes one second so it doesn't really matter, but eh...still, having a blast with this.

That looks pretty sweet but I've been put off top down games ever since I played Alienation.
It looks totally different to Alienation but that bloody game was annoying.
Let me know how it goes DM.

What was annoying about Alienation? I can maybe help to compare with this.

So far so good. It plays just as well as I would hope for a loot crawler. I spend half my time analyzing my loot lol. Fun exploring, solid combat, cool enemies, epic music.
The story is blend, but if you like Greek myth then it's cool. You also get to travel to Egypt and the Orient.

Unfortunately the game seems to be bugged out bad. As I say, it crashed on me twice last night in two hours, although today, after nearly six hours it ran smooth the whole time. Just giving you a warning. People online are not happy about this. Hope my version keeps running smooth. Otherwise it's damn excellent if you like slow progressing loot crawlers lol.

I've been told you beed to play Alienation with other players online which makes it way easier. Playing single player sucks with copping wave after wave of annoying as fuck enemies.
I see Titan Quest can be played multiplayer too.

After playing 30 or so hours of Detroit I really need some fast pace action. :xd:

Oh the action is fast paced, I mean it's slow to gain levels and learn skills. Well...maybe that's just me being too busy exploring too much. XD

TG09
Yeah it was on sale, and I'm glad too. Stupid Dancing Mad always ending up with buggy games. If this doesn't stop I'm going to find another hobby goddammit lol.

I had a feeling that's what you meant because in the trailer there looked like there was plenty of action.
Have you played it with anyone else online?

Were you able to play any more of it today? If so, how is it moving along?

Nope, haven't tried that. Ain't nobody grabbing all my l00tz XD

Seriously though I'd have to give it a shot, see what it's like. Last year I was playing Vikings Wolves of Midgard, a game very similar to this, and the online was surprisingly fun.

TG09
Pretty good! Hasn't crashed, either lol. (it's seriously all I care about in games these days XD)

Looted some ruins, advanced the story a bit, collected tons of treasure. So far I'm happy. Also since this is a Greek themed game, everyone's name in this sounds like an STD. XD

That's great to hear regarding the lack of crashes lately! How far have you progressed in the story, if you were to guess?
