Gubernatorial elections will be limited to the eight most populous U.S. states: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Georgia. Each of those states has a four year term for Governor, and they are all elected during the Presidential mid-term. Additional details about the gubernatorial election, such as calendar, funding, etc. will be released prior to the election. Since this will be a supporting feature of the game compared to the Presidency and Senate, there are certain conditions as to how the gubernatorial elections will be introduced. If, at the first gubernatorial election, there are fewer than twenty signed in Senate characters, only three states will be open for election, as decided by the administration. If there are between twenty and thirty Senate characters, five seats will be open. In the unlikely event that the game breaks thirty active Senate characters signed in, all eight gubernatorial seats will be open for election. Edited by Old Ironsides, Jul 31 2017, 09:43 AM.
