OOC: Good question. It also begs the question of whether or not we are supposed to be doing a re-enactment of the Cold War. |

OOC: There is no re-enactment involved, simply the guidelines of common sense and what can be realistically achieved. There are many things nations can do at this time as the temperature drops, so to speak. The Soviets can form an early WP, although it would be rather different if it were to encompass Red China; that would require good roleplaying, and would inevitably get a roleplayed response. |
