We were wondering when the problem of Trieste would be taken up?

The Paris peace treaty signed in the summer of 1946 had the following clause:
Quote:
 
Trieste is to become a Free State for 5 years, at which time it will be returned to Italy subject to a plebiscite.

So the plebiscite should be held in the summer of 1951.

OOC: AFAIK the plebiscite will decide what country to belong to; Italy or Yugoslavia (or Austria..?:rolleyes:)
