Today China has cut off all Diplomatic Relations with the Soviet Union and recalled our Ambassador. The last staff left in the building burned/destroyed all papers, radios and other things etc. They then boarded the next plane out of Moscow to Europe then took a relayed flight to Formosa. |

We would like to correct this annoucement: There was no ambassador of the Republic of China in Moscow, because this Republic of China does not exists. The onliest legal representative of the people of China is the People's Republic of China. We do not permit these individuals to leave the USSR. They will be charged because of crimes against the property of the people of the USSR by burning and/or destroying inventory of the people of the USSR. |

We are pretty surprised, that those individuals are able to leave the USSR, fly to Europe and then directly fly to a part of the PRC within one day. These individuals are still criminals who will be charged and sentenced even in their absence. Sentence will be announced soon by the high court of Moscow. |

The People's Republic would comment that as there is no legal Government known as the Republic of China, diplomatic status can not be in effect. The People's Republic of China's department of Military affairs further adds that, with most of China once more held by the rightful owners, the people, there will be little for the defeated oppressors to do- despite their apparent yearning to inflict further pain, misery and torment on those whom they betrayed. |
