The Kingdom of Sweden together with the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia propose to organize a peacekeeping mission along the border between the Republic of Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to ensure the observance of the newly signed treaty between these nations. This proposal is made on the explicit request of both Koreas and it is their wish that no WP/PRC or NATO/SEATO forces will participate in this mission. The Kingdom of Sweden is offering to participate in such a mission should this resolution pass. Signed ![]() Östen Undén Minister for Foreign Affairs |

The People's Republic of China, through its intermediaries elsewhere, does not believe that any external force is required within Korea, as these nations are more than capable of maintaining any agreement. |

Israel agrees with the PRC that the Korean governments appear to be making progress and do not need a force to monitor the situation |
