The Nation of Iraq is currently looking to jump start production in known oil fields. This will require an immense amount of investment into infrastructure projects. Iraq is looking for developmental loans and foreign aid to begin this jump starting process. Iraq will accept foriegn aid from nation except Israel. And is looking to acquire $1,000,000,000 in foriegn developmental aid loans by 1951. |

We kindly greet the Iraqi people and offer our help in establishing a productive oil industry in Iraq. Further we are offering one billion dollar in interest free loans in 1950. If there is more money required, we will provide the amount. Oil industry of the USSR is a great partner for all mentioned projects. Currently our engineers are working very successfull in Ethiopia to bring up the Ethiopian Oil industry |

Israel wonders why Iraq would refuse money from a nation who has yet to offer it, we suppose we'll have to hang onto the contribution we intended to improve the quality of life for poor and starving Iraqis via jobs that would be created |

If only the false zionist nation was this concerned about the people they forcefully displace, and brutally repress. Perhaps Israel should concentrate more on the wellbeing of the people who's land they steal, who's daughters they rape, and who's sons they summarily target for imprisonment. We will never accept a thin dime from the Zionists. How can you accept money from a nation that is illegitimate in the first place? |

Britain is prepared to offer extensive loans for the development of Iraq, carrying on our already successful and mutually beneficial relationship. Our funds come with no preconditions, nor secret conditions. |

If there are no counter offers made, then we will be accepting the Soviets bid. In fact, Iraq may just accept the Soviet bid anyway. |
