Everyone involved in the Tibet thing, understand this: All of your troops involved will be mobilizing at their home camps and doing administrative processing until you do the following. - PM me the number of troops, along with who is in what brigade/division/element. - Where they are originally coming from - If they were already based abroad, I need to know what the residual force size is that has been left behind. For instance: If you are relocating a brigade from Okinawa, I want to know what you are leaving behind in Okinawa. This is important primarily for the US and UK. - You need to tell me HOW they are getting into India. Are they flying, or are they being shipped. Think about what type of support you need to just get them there. - Think about the support you need...to support them AFTER that. - If you are crossing half the world, you need to have your supply lines in order. I need permission from people across reasonable distances telling me that it's okay for you to use their land. Ethiopia is a resupply checkpoint for any European groups, or groups leaving from the east coast of the North American continent. - If you are flying troops, you need permission from nations to cross their airspace. And you need to think about supplies in locations to keep airlifts going. Just so everyone involved knows, it is my estimation that there are gross shortfalls in logistical support for this operation. Get this stuff figured out ASAP. The effectiveness of your war hinges on it. Lastly note, I cannot in good faith just process all this stuff. It would not be fair in the slightest to Honsou. I'm going to do this as fair and forthright as I have done everything else. I'm going to be as realistic as possible as well. There are gaps in this battle plan, and I cannot in good conscience allow it to proceed without more detailed information. |

Will do, the only darn thing I am having a hard time with is the Infantry divisions. So I will say they are in England at the start. Do you wish me to PM you the OOB we set out for the operation? We have it down to Divisions/wings, and smaller in certain cases. |

Send me as much information as you possibly can. Starting points are absolutely necessary though. As this will dictate how long it's going to take you guys to build up in Assam. Please PM this information. Again, you guys need to do it ASAP, as you are "stalled" until I get the required info. |

Alright. So you guys hate me by now for being an ass about the Orbats. Ready for this? Right now it is my feeling that you are unable to logistically support this operation. But I'm not going to willingly hinder you, but give you suggestions as to how to get this functioning better. This is for anybody planning wars in the future as well. If you guys are to start mobilizing faster (like you thought you would) then you need more tacit support elements activated. You need these units activated to transport all the stuff you need for a war. You guys are mobilizing in India, and India can't find itself out of a wet paper bag, let alone support this conflict. Matt has given me enough. Eq has given me enough information, but it's not enough support to support rapid transport of everything that is needed. So, now I need you guys to PRIORITIZE what you want shipped over. Eq finds himself in an odd position because he has air assets, but wants to get his men over too. He can't do it all. He has 250 planes to work with, and it's a five day trip back and forth. So you guys need to prioritize what goes over in what order. If you need more clarity on this I will do it tomorrow, but right now, I need to sleep. |

Honsou and Eq are doing a good job the last few days. However, things have now shifted, I think the coalition needs to get into a chat room or something and iron out just exactly how you guys are going to enter the next phase of this operation. You now have enough supplies on the ground to really begin conducting operations. But just what will you do? Weather is still harsh in the area in April, the US knows all about that. But, you guys need to figure out which units are going to do what, and go war, and proceed with what mission. It will be best to coordinate together, otherwise there's going to be a bunch of random orbats hitting my inbox, and it's going to be a cluster. I've been generous enough to fill in some gaps. But I think today will be my last day of gap filling. From tomorrow on out, if you don't give your troops specific duties, then they will be writing Suzie letters. So tell me what units are guarding bases, conducting security missions, who's invading, who's airdropping into what areas? So on and so forth. Even begin coordinating with West Germany, Turkey, and Sweden as they will be bringing up the rear into the Sikkim area. Try and provide me a map of where you want all of your units as well. |

Okay, sounds good, and fair. We do thank you for coaching us into this, I personally have had no experience with this issue. I do think the plans we have are being much more specific (and the chat idea is a good one, thankfully EQ and I do talk to each other regularly). Again, thanks FOR being so kind to this newb, and I will try to get everything down pat. |

Total -- Bulk -- Numbers This is mainly for Honsou, but it would be helpful with other people too. Can you guys send me a concise list of total bulk numbers of primarily air assets that you have on the ground. Primarily fighters and bombers too. This will help me get a better feel for numbers in the air at any given time. |

I'll work on it, might take a while though- there are now a ridicoulous amount of assets commited to Tibet, and they've been added. Im sorry to say I forgot to make a tally, but I'll see what I can do before the next update. |
