Free at last, free at last!![]() May 2nd, 1952 It has been announced publicly that today, at Bern's International Airport, some 2,000 American and other foreign civilians have arrived from Beijing, China. Some of them may have stories that are unlike any other, being taken in as hostages by the People's Government of China. Literally hundreds of these civilians are lining up to be identified and then to be shipped off back to their rightful country. With that, dozens of officials from the United States, as well as many other foreign countries have arrived just before, with their job being to safely transport these civilians back to their countries, according to their nationality and/or homeland. "We, as in the Swiss Confederation, would like to give out our most sincerest thanks to the People's Republic of China for their full cooperation with us. We would also like to thank the United States, the British Commonwealth, France, Scandinavia (Finland, Sweden, Norway), and other foreign nations for being ever so patient until this day. Hopefully by the end of tonight, these civilians will once again smell the fresh air of their homeland, as well as return safely back to their families." Robert Karr, Swiss Spokesperson Karl Kobeit, President |

We are quite pleased to hear the American citizens have arrived safely, and if they need anything, we would be happy to provide. |

South Africa wishes the citizens well and hopes that their return will go as smoothly as it possibly can. We are glad the Mao clique has decided to obey international law. |

Meanwhile the United States continues to disregard international law due to its occupation of the Socialist Republic of Cuba. China will grant asylum to any Cuban Communist Party members wishing to escape American tyranny. |
