AVENGERS ROLEPLAY
STORYLINES

Storyline Time Span
Storylines will take over the place of a few months in the roleplay. When a storyline starts and ends, you can expect it to be at-least a full season (3 months). The reason for this is because the roleplay is about the journey of the First Class (you guys). This allows us to progress through events and seasons which might allow you to enhance your character's personality and their relationships with others, such as Christmas and Thanksgiving etc, because you get to be creative and fill in the gaps with each other. You might not notice the time passing by quicker OOC, but it just allows storylines to feel more fluid.

Aging
One of the big things of this roleplay is that your character is going to age, and we want to reflect that in personality as roleplayers. You're coming in as 13 year olds and 14 year olds, you're new to all this and you're young. This means you're going to be a lot more energetic (well, most people for sure) towards how you approach things. You're also going to be a lot more naive and less intelligent on specific topics, unless your mutation allows it, and also be completely new to this. This is more of a task towards you from the staff team to see how well your roleplaying ability is and to see how you represent your character at their young age and eventually how you represent them at their older age when we get to it.

Developing a Character
Like said earlier in the post, your going to be able to enhance your relationships with other characters this way. Christmas is a time of giving, and it'll allow your character to do things such as organizing presents etc. Thanksgiving will be when all the students gather around a dining table for one big meal with all the staff and such. This allows us to branch out to fun events that are small, require minimal planning and allow you to have a fun time on your character and with others. It also allows your character to mature quicker than 1 day OOC = 1 day IC like in other roleplays and allows the new developments system to work out in a brighter way.
