Section 3: Roles

We will explain the roles that we use.

Roles

Here are some of our roles. Some of these are unable to be acheived as we only allow select few to become.

  • Admin
  • Moderator
  • Recruiter
  • Support
  • Recruit

responsibility for roles

Each role have responsibilities. Each role must comply with all guidelines and rules of the community. Without doing that, you can face trouble.

Administrator

Admins are responsible for ensuring that all content are correct and that the website is set up properly. They are the main decision makers and have the final say in anything and everything. They can over rule all and any role.

Moderator

Mods help keep the website free of junk. They ensure that all content is within the guidelines and rules.

Mods also can ban members if they are found guilty of breaking any guidelines.

Recruiter

Recruiters only main responsibility is to review all applications and ensure that all members are proper and legitimate. They also check the information for accuracy.

They give out the roles of new members and also ensure their roles are changed when time comes.

Support

Support agents are the ones to go to when you have any issues with the community or your account. They check all support tickets and respond with proper knowledge to fix issues.

They also report any issues that are presented to them to higher roles to make sure the issues are properly fixed.

Recruit

Recruits are new members. They gain this to earn reputation and prove that they are legitimate and clean.

Recruits have it hard tho, they must really prove themselves to us. They can't spam or make any mistakes. They can't be listed on any spam databases. This is considered as probation period for members.

Members

Members are the ones who made it through the probation period. They posted content that was within guidelines, did not break any rules. They also passed the spam checks. The recruiters was able to verify all the information.

All members go through probation. It's usually a 30 day probation period. Some may be placed
in recruit for a longer period of time. Those are contacted by recruiters with more intel.
