    How many staff members would you consider ideal?

    I know that every forum is different. I noticed that some forums have as little as one or two staff members while others have like 7. In your opinion what is the ideal number of staff members on a forum and what positions/titles?

    Generally i find a smaller and/or new community, that I dont need more than 3 more staff members. So i usually have no more than 4 total staff until things pick up and we need more help

    Like shadow said, it really depending on how busy the forum is and what type of workload you're putting on each staff member. Start small and only have a few actual positions and expand when you need it.
