[A world of make believe] Robin Sharp ”The past can’t have a hold on us.” Full Name: Robin Roxanne Sharp Nicknames: Robs, Robi, Robin. Age: Twenty-three Gender: Female Wanted occupation: Actress [ T.v ] Member Title: »playing the HEART of gold. Image: ![]() Play-by: Alexa Havins Height: 5’8” Weight: 116lbs. Hair colour: Blond Eye colour: Dark blue Other: n/a. Description of appearance: When you take on look at Robin Sharp, you would know instantly that she is one heck of an innocent young woman. She has medium length, wavy blond hair, with a parting in the middle. She often keeps her hair style the same, never dying it, but she’ll often have to change it when filming, or if she’s doing something which she needs to tie her hair back for. Robin has attempted to grow her hair a lot over her life, but it grows so slow, you’d never actually know it was growing. Anyway, moving on, Robin has unique, very dark blue, almond shaped eyes. A lot of people have mistaken the colour of her eyes for black, which she doesn’t usually take kindly to. Her nose is quite narrow, but broadens out slightly near the end, quite like a button nose, which she doesn’t mind. Her favourite part of Robin, would probably be her lips. She has quite large, but thin, rosy pink lips, which often tell people that she is a very friendly person. If there is one thing that Robin hates about her looks, it’s her chin. God, just cut it all off, that’s what she’d love. It’s terrible. Robin has a double chin, which is rather pointy, and although it isn’t shown well in most pictures of her, she still hates it a great deal. She doesn’t use plastic surgery though, so that’s out of the question. Moving on, Robin has a good, slender neck, and quite broad shoulders. Standing at a height of 5’8”, she is quite average for her age, something which she likes. She is also very slim for her age, which she isn’t complaining about, or will be doing so, anytime soon. She is a little bit tanned, but it doesn’t go over the top. It isn’t a fake tan either; very natural. Likes: - Acting - Photography - Posing - Owls - Fluffy toys - Tv shows - Cell phones - Shopping - Watching netball - Roses Dislikes: - Bees/Wasps/Spiders - Strange perfumes - Watching her family suffer - Having to ask for money off friends. - Rumours - People who like to boast - People who don’t give a toss about the poor [as in African poor] - Horror movies - Stereotypes - When things don’t work out. Strengths: - Acting as a villain - Calming - Lively Fears: - Death. - Rupert going missing - Not making her parents proud. Personality: Robin is the type of girl who will bring light into a dull place. She is very lively, and loves mucking around on set, no matter how little it is. She can also be very calm when she wants to be. If someone is stressing out over something, she has been known to calm them down. If something is going wrong in her life, she’d stay calm, and take her time to figure something out. Robin is also very good at acting. She is the best at villainy, having played a couple of villain parts in tv shows. She doesn’t often do movies, but she is still very well known, despite her young age. Everyone fears dying, and leaving their loved ones and Robin’s no different. She hates the thought of death, and although she’ll accept it, since everyone has to die, she won’t be happy about it. She cares about her family a lot also, especially her knew little brother. She’d be terrified if he went missing, or if something else happened to him. She also fears being unable to make her parents proud of her. She doesn’t want to end up being a disappointment to the family. Robin loves photography. Ever since she laid eyes on her first camera, she has been obsessed with taking pictures, and all that sort of stuff. Sometimes when she’s on set, she’ll make a mini movie of what’s going on behind the scenes, and include her photos into them. She sometimes takes pictures of the actors and actresses who star alongside her, which she keeps in her photo album at home. All them happy memories, huh? She also likes posing herself, and has been told that she has a modelling potential, though she’s never took it up. If there’s one thing that Robin can’t stand, it’s stereotypes. She hates it when she sees someone in the street being called names, just because of the things they wear, or the way they dress, as though someone’s judging them. It’s outrageous. She knows that the world isn’t full of happiness, and she accepts it, but watching people being bullied or taunted because of the way they look is not right, in her opinion. If it happened to her, then she’d be pretty angry. Family: - Marlene Sharp [nee Logan] – mother - Jack Sharp – father - Rupert Sharp – Little brother. History: Robin Sharp was born to Marlene and Jack Sharp, two young adults of the working class. It wasn’t the best time for them to have a child, and even to this day, Robin remembers living in the suburbs, only having the minimum amount of food to eat. This carried on for a good three years, until Marlene was finally promoted. More money began coming in, and they were able to let Robin go to school. She always promised to make her parents proud of her, as they had never given up on Robin whilst times were rough. They could have abandoned her, or given her up the moment they found out Marlene was pregnant, but they hadn’t, and Robin was grateful. Still, life wasn’t as wonderful as it was for most of her classmates. Robin often saved up her money instead of wasting it on sweets, in case something did happen. And there were times when Marlene and Jack were very lucky she did. She was happy to lend her parents her money for something important, since she rarely used it. As far as she was concerned, her parents needed it more than she did half of the time. She was a happy child still, and had loads of friends who understood her predicament. Sometimes they’d help her along, by lending her money, which she paid back on most occasions. By the time Robin was nine, her mother had been promoted again. It seemed as though things were finally looking up. More money than ever was coming in, and Robin was even happier than she had been in her life. But of course, life doesn’t work like that. When she was thirteen, Robin returned from school one day, to find that her father had been in a car crash. Robin almost broke down, despite the fact that he had survived, but she thought he was better off dead. What was the point of being alive if you were paralysed for life, after all? Robin and Jack were dependant on her mother, now more than ever, for everything; bringing in money, shopping for food, working hard. If Marlene so much as missed one day of work, there would most certainly be consequences. And by the time Robin was sixteen, she couldn’t stand it anymore. She got herself a job, and eventually found herself auditioning for different roles on tv shows, or movies, anything that would bring in loads of money. By the time Robin was eighteen, she had made a number of guest appearances on different shows, and money was coming in for Robin and her family… fast. She was beginning to be recognized on the streets, and people actually said she had a talent for acting. A year later, Robin was visited by a director for a new supernatural show, ‘N.Y Mysteries.’ She was asked to play the role of Janet Harley, who to start with was a girl in her late teens, around sixteen. At the beginning, it wasn’t a big part, but by the third season, she was able to let her character spread her wings, as Janet became the main villain in the tv show. At first, fans hated the fact that Janet had turned bad, which really hurt Robin quite a bit; it would with everyone right? But mid way through the fourth season, the fan’s opinion’s changed, when Janet commuted suicide in front of the main character of the show. People were outraged that she had died, which confused Robin quite a bit; didn’t they hate her character? Though she was nevertheless pleased their opinions had changed. Because of her role in this television series, Robin became quite famous, and her mother was able to retire, due to Robin sending in so much money for them to help with her father’s problems. A year ago, Robin auditioned for the role of Parker on another supernatural television show, ‘Rage’, best friend of the main character, and a part demon whose powers have been neutralised to some extent. Robin is still starring on the tv show now, and there have been rumours going around that Parker is to play a vital role in the next season, but so far Robin has denied this information in all interviews, stating that it was ‘too early to say anything’. She has also visited Africa in the past year, and has helped with the fair trade business. Also, her mother has just given birth to a baby boy, whom she named Rupert, which is taking up a lot of Robin’s time.
