Cyborg Example: Cyborg from teen titans Pros Longer life-span Immune to disease or illnesses (replacement of artificial organs) Database and library of general information and resources built-in Able to perform multiple tasks all at once and serves other practical purposes Cons Loss in personality and one's character High maintenance in updates and installations Possibility of being mistaken for a tool and sold at a high-price in the black-market for the purposes of becoming a weapon. Prone and vulnerable to reprogramming and deletion of data of memory and other motor skills. Human-Chimera (Perfect not incomplete) Example: Fullmetal Alchemist Pros Inheriting the genetic disposition of an animal's characteristic (two sets of DNA combined and perfected to correspond well with one another) Heightened senses in all physical aspects Availability of making more than one hybrid within genetic mixture Durability in endurance and stamina Cons Possibility of failure can lead you to physically embody the animal you chose and your physical anatomy (making you an imperfect chimera looking part-animal or part-beast) Rarity of chimera can make you vulnerable to the black market to be sold at a high price Failure of experimental procedure can turn you into a mindless beast preferring suicide over living Animal instinct built-in that cannot be controlled or tamed |
