I'm not gonna end the day on him, just laying groundwork. I've got room to move away later |

Not... mad. Just... You don't change. Not in the long run. You remind me of a dog who's done something wrong, and is being chastised by its human. We say that the dog, at that moment, is expressing guilt. But it's not, not really. Dogs can't feel guilt the way humans can. They can't look back on something they did and think, it was fundamentally wrong to do that. They can only see the consequence: doing this means my human will get mad at me. Doing this means risking my relationship with my human. And so the fear of that gets them to change their behavior, but if you take the human out of the equation? They will go right back to doing that bad behavior. That's what I see from you, in mafia time and again, in the politics topics, everywhere. You desire to be right, and to triumph over people who disagree with you. To win, in other words, even if the subject is something that cannot be "won" in any meaningful sense. Eventually that urge causes you to go too far, and the people whom you respect step in and call you out on it. And so you apologize and make a big show of it, but eventually you will do the same thing all over again, because in your mind, nothing you did was fundamentally wrong. ...You talk, sometimes, about the troubles you've faced. I imagine most of the people on Board 8 have faced those sorts of demons. Including me. And on those bad days, some of the words that cycle, that loop, that get caught in my mind, are ones you said. There's nothing, really, that can change that. Being mad at you certainly won't. But neither can I pretend that it didn't happen, nor that it continues to happen to other people. |

Not posting seems to be a good strategy atm. Probably gonna poke red when I get back to the game. I don't really have any reasons for thinking he's town. Plus he outright claimed power. |

Agreed. It's just hard to force myself to take a minute out of my work day to phone post when it's more likely to hurt than to help in terms of winning. |

I mean, the fact that all of my arguments are correct doesn't hurt. Town should be hunting everyone who was late onto that Kanz lynch. Just, you know, not Seven. |

The threat of an SK is really fucking me up, but I'm just gonna do what I normally do. Sorry god, but I have no choice really. |
