Ahaha that sounds too funny....a bit like rooneys hair? :blink2:

Have to agree malty that lampard probably deserves a place in midfield ahead of gerrard & the team is a bit of a mess with 3 central midfielders, i think thats why first half was a bit edgy.

Felt sorry for ashley cole, every touch he had after his mistake you could hear the boos, how must that make him feel? :-/

England will be without John Terry and Ashley Cole for Wednesday's World Cup qualifier against Belarus.

The England captain has failed to recover from a back injury, while his Chelsea team-mate Cole has been ruled out with a hamstring injury.

Terry also missed England's 5-1 win over Kazakhstan at Wembley on Saturday.

"It is disappointing to lose two very experienced players in John Terry and Ashley Cole for the game in Belarus," said England manager Fabio Capello.

"Unfortunately they have no chance of playing, so it is best they return to Chelsea."

Where is Jamie Carragher when u need him

really not playin too well at the moment apart from rooney and heskey. Although rooney really does look like he could use losing a bit of weight.

Can't complain, 4 games and 4 wins while scoring goals. I think games like yesterday under the McClaren we would have maybe draw insted of winning. Fabio has put the fear factor back into the squad, he's doing a good job :)

England squad to play Germany
Carson, Hart, James,
Bridge, Davies, Johnson, Terry, Lescott, Mancienne, Richards, Upson,
Barry, Carrick, Downing, Lampard, Gerrard, Wright-Phillips, A Young,
Agbonlahor, Bent, Crouch, Defoe, Walcott
Well Done Mancienne :D I doubt many people will have seen him play but i have many times and he looks like a really top player, suprised this has come so soon but maybe this could lead to him going out on loan to a Premiership team which would be good, if we decide he has to go out on loan that is. Really nice to see a player that has fully come thro the ranks at the club in an england squad again :D
Glad Agbonlahor is back in the squad as well, would like to see him start on Wednesday.

England will be without Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard for Wednesday's friendly against Germany in Berlin.

Liverpool skipper Gerrard has been ruled out with a groin injury while Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard will miss the game with a rib problem.

As a result, Fulham's Jimmy Bullard and Scott Parker of West Ham have been added to the squad.

But skipper John Terry, who has been struggling with a foot injury, is expected to be available

Really looking forward to this game :D Love a game against Germany.

Well it's always an great feeling as an England fan to beat the Germans no matter whether if it's a friendly or whatever.

Really good game yesterday, seriously impressed!! Apart from their goal ( thought it was good of JT to come out and take the blame for that cos it was he's fault although i'm not sure what Carson was doing so far off he's line) we did everything right.
And with so many of the players that would start it was good to see what the others can do. Particually impressed with Upson, Downing, Jonhson and Carrick. JT, Barry and Bridgey had very good games as well.
Especially happy that Downing had a good game cos i think he gets way to much unjust stick from England fans.
